The mattresses are hard as wooden planks. They've cheaped out on just about everything you can imagine. Even the breakfast "buffet". A had made a booking accidentally on the next day and when I arrived they refused to honor the error, made me book another night, and even made me wait to exit with my car the next day. Avoid this hotel at all costs if you want a good night sleep, a decent breakfast, and customer service.

Nice hotel and very pleasant staff. Itself location is very good,short distance to the seafront. Restaurant offers good variety of food. Breakfast is absolutely fabulous. Nice grounds , a lot of space for the sunbeds. Pool is in top standards.

La animación por parte de Vicki y su equipo de animación lo mejor. Gracias por tratar a nuestros pequeños de 9 años como si fueran vuestros hijos. Nos quedamos una noche más adicional de lo bien que nos lo estamos pasando aparte del torneo. Gracias.

Fue viaje de semana santa con amigos y niños mal tiempo todo el día lloviendo, dar gracias al equipo de animación a Vicki y sus compañeros que se portaron genial tuvieron mucha profesionalidad les doy un 10 y al equipo de recepción igual otro 10.

El hotel en líneas generales está bien. Necesita un lavado de cara en sanitarios y mobiliario general. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y las camas muy cómodas. El bufet es bastante notable con excepción de los postres y lo mejor sin duda el servicio de animación, Vicky, Álvaro e Israel nos hicieron pasar momentos muy divertidos ya que tuvimos muy mal tiempo y acampamos en el hotel. Muchas gracias por vuestra dedicación y por el cariño con el que tratáis a los clientes

Llevamos 25 años yendo a este hotel y como siempre, es un placer visitarlo. Los empleados son majísimos y super atentos. Tratan a los niños con muchísimo cariño! El equipo de animación con Vicky a la cabeza lleva años siendo esenciales para que los adultos podamos disfrutar de las instalaciones del hotel.
