應該是馬貝拉比較好的五星級酒店，但體驗感一般，不會再入住。攜程套房的圖片與實際不符，實際就是一個普通酒店房間多了一個沙發，房間有一股發黴的味道。攜程註明2020年開業，我以為是新酒店，實際裝修都比較老舊，我不明白為什麼是2020開業的酒店。前台服務不符合五星級標準，上午辦好手續，下午來取房卡，前台衹有一個人，非常慢，等了很久。
酒店優點在於餐廳很多，晚上吃飯感覺不錯，位置在海邊，散步非常舒服。

Muchas gracias al equipo que nos ha asistido en la villa serrana por la boda que nos han ofrecido llena de emociones y experiencias que han hecho enriquecer la familia juntándonos a todos en una increíble fiesta. Son geniales y súper amables sobre todo rebeca ofreciendo esas copas con tanta alegría aunque su equipo es perfecto para llevar todo esto a cabo. Mi enhorabuena a todo el equipo que se han integrado al máximo en la casa. Volveremos si la ocasión lo merece!

Hemos asistido a la inaguración de Villa La Serrana, nos atendieron Marcela, Rebeca, Carmen, Isabel y Paco, el servicio fue excelente. Una boda maravillosa y un gran equipo.Mejor experiencia imposible! La villa es precios, 7 habitaciones increíbles.

Myself and my 11 year old contracted food poisoning by the pool which is served by the sea grill. Sickness and diarrhoea with 5/6 hours of consumption. Both fell ill with 30 minutes of each other whilst at dinner that evening. Symptoms last 3 days for my daughter 4 days for me, ruined our 6 night stay. What was equally abhorrent was the handling of it from the staff from first reporting to leaving. The arrogance was astounding. At every turn we were questioned as though it was a fantasy we were thinking up. We were met with statements of “no one else has reported symptoms” to “good has been sent away and tested with negative results”. Having been a loyal customer at this hotel for over 20 years I can categorically stay this was our last stay.

A fabulous holiday destination. Excellent accommodation. All the Restaurants are high end. Service and food excellent. Lovely tennis club and modern gym on site too. Luxurious treatments in the spa. Accommodation is stone throw away from the beach. Food and drinks served while sunbathing. Service from all the staff was very impressive. All in all a fantastic holiday. We will definitely return. Wish I was back there this week….

No hay un hotel así en el mundo, lo tiene todo. Sus jardines son un sueño, los restaurantes los mejores, habitaciones fantásticas, todo es de no creer!! Vengo todos los años y cada estancia es mejor. Marbella es sin duda el sitio más animado y mejor preparado para el turismo de Europa.
