Je n’ai pas apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Pourtant l’établissement est joli et les chambres spacieuses et épurées malheureusement le service n’est pas du tout à la hauteur des 4 étoiles. Le check in fut interminable, le personnel mal aimable, aucune gestion de nos bagages, la piscine est petite et très peu profonde, sans compter le peu de chaises longues disponible. Je ne recommande pas.

Hotel renovado, lindo rooftop, personal amable. Sin embargo, habitaciones súper pequeñas, la mia en comparación al resto de mi grupo fue muy muy pequeña. Pedí el cambio pero querían cobrarme extra por el cambio. El shampoo y jabón de la ducha no fue repuesto y no quedaba casi nada. La secadora de pelo no tiene potencia, no seca. Había un olor fuerte y desagradable que venía del ascensor coló a desagüe. El hotel es bonito y el personal amable. Pero hay cosas por mejorar sin duda.

Le ragazze della Reception sono state gentilissime soprattutto Paula, la quale ha inserito l’indirizzo del parcheggio per farci arrivare più comodamente. Ha anche provato a parlare un po’ in italiano per farci sentire un po’ più a casa . Le camere avevano una bella vista sul giardino e sul terrazzo c’erano lettini prendisole una piccola piscina e un bar

Amazing staff that attended to all of our needs. Our room had an issue and they didn’t hesitate to upgrade our stay and help us get as comfortable as possible. Super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect and in the heart of a lovely area. Highly recommend.

The hotel was perfect and cool, in comparance to the heat outdoors. The rooms were cleaned every day, the restaurant and skybar were wonderful and th food was delicious. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Good breakfast. It really so near located to the beach and old town. We had great time also thanks to Maria, Diego and Eduardo who work in the restorant and skybar. The made us feel as friends. I totally recommend
