Good location, very central. Helpful staff. Rooms dated but clean. Stable WiFi. Roof top pool and sun bathing area a bonus. Breakfast ok but dreadful coffee!

Estuvimos alojados 7 noches en este hotel de Marbella. Nos lo recomendó un amigo que suele visitarlo frecuentemente. La ubicación es excelente, a metros de la playa de Venus, en el centro de Marbella. La habitación cómoda, con balcón. Algo incomodo el TV colgado de costado que hacia difícil verlo desde la cama. La ropa de cama y baño no es de lo mejor, podrían mejorarla. Teníamos un sofá cama en el medio de la habitación que no habíamos pedido y fue imposible hacerle entender que lo sacaran, nos querían cambiar de habitación con todas las maletas desarmadas, asi que vivimos una semana con ese mamotreto en el medio. El otro tema recurrente en España, por todo te cobran aparte. La caja de seguridad que esta en la habitación, para usarla, 2 euros por día, inentendible. Teníamos pensión completa, la calidad de los alimentos es buena y abundante. La atención de los camareros es muy buena. Teníamos reservadas dos habitaciones, una de ella no quería pensión completa, solo desayuno y cena. Lo manifestamos antes de hacer el check in y nos obligaron a pagar lo reservado aunque no lo usamos. Al retirarnos volvimos reclamar este tema y nos compensaron dejándonos hasta las 18 en la habitación, en vez de las 12 hrs. This was a last minute booking to attend a wedding and there was no time to be lost searching. But it was well worth it, this was a very well priced room and the hotel is so well situated, less than 700 mtrs from the beach and in the centre of Marbella with everything you need in the local area and well connected for transport, taxis etc. The gentleman on reception when I arrived (sorry I cannot remember your name) was so very helpful, polite and considerate and made me feel really welcome, even printing my return boarding pass for me. The room was excellent and the position even better. I was only B&B but the food was very good and plentiful. The hotel was spotlessly clean and all the staff so very welcoming, the icing on the cake (as little time as I had) was the roof terrace with pool, just wish I was staying longer, but I will certainly use the hotel again (or one of the 5 others in the group) and fully recommend it.

Had a great time at this hotel was here for 7 days end April till early may The staff are great and attentive The hotel is very central close to beach and on the doorstep of the shops Bonus is the rooftop area but the pool is too cold just now Meals are normal buffet stuff. I recommend bed and breakfast as there is numerous restaurants close by to eat Plenty of them had deals on The lunch menu lasts till 4 pm in most places and as long as you sit down before the time you get the prices We had some really nice meals out For a 3 star hotel you get linen and towels changed each day The hotel in high season had a bar area on rooftop which I believe will be great . We had lots of rain and when the weather was better the rooftop was great . There was plenty beds to choose from and the views were great

The hotel is located close to the beach and the Old Town. Rooms are bigger than most and the balcony is a bonus. The bathroom was a bit dated with a tub/shower/nozzle setup that was inconvenient. Breakfast was included in the room price and was a typical buffet of mediocre food. We ended up skipping it after the first morning and eating elsewhere. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall our stay was a good experience and we would stay there again.

Wat een heerlijk hotel, centraal gelegen in Marbella. Op loopafstand van strand/boulevard en ook van 'The Old Town'. Hele fijne ruime kamers met goede bedden en genoeg opbergruimte en prima badkamer. Alles super schoon en regelmatig vervangen van bed- en badlinnen. Elke ochtend een heel uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet voor ieder wat wils. Heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. En ook het zwembad met ligbedden op de 7e etage is erg verzorgd en fijn om te vertoeven. Een aanrader!

Stayed here only for two days this time,last year we had a week and it was great.Receptionist very professional and efficient.Room on the top floor was as good as ever,very clean with plenty of space,good storage areas,clean well-equipped bathroom with toiletries supplied.Super balcony with table,chairs and views over the rooftops.TV in room had some UK channels,fridge worked extremely well. Food is of a high standard for a 3 star hotel with plenty of variation in the menus.The packed lunch (picnic) can be ordered the day before and it is just 1st class,best I have come across in Spain! Only minor issue this time is my wife and I felt the food could often not be very hot reaching the servery,it also seemed the overhead heating in this unit was either very poor or not working at all,such a shame for good quality produce.A small microwave is all that is needed to address this issue,many hotels have these now in the dining rooms. It has a great location,2 minutes from the bus stops and 5 minutes walk to the beach areas.We shall return again as the hotel and staff have real character.

Just got back from a 10 night stay. Hotel was superb, clean, tidy and very welcoming. Great location and breakfast was pretty good as well, nice staff and swimming pool was a nice peaceful chill out place to relax. All in all very good, would definitely stay here again in the future and would thoroughly recommend. Close to the old town and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Well done to everyone who made our stay so comfortable.
