Amàre Beach Hotel Marbella - Adults Only Recommended

Friendly staff, modern hotel, close to the sea and the beach of the hotel is very convenient. The breakfast is very good and the hotel has parking which is quite useful.

6th time staying here. Positives are the breakfast, beach area and no children (adults only). Rooms kept clean and fresh towels. Negatives are for the first time we had a room on the West elevation of the hotel. No balcony and view is of an apartment block and their balconies. No sea view. Room was extremely noisy with road/traffic noise so dreadful nights ‘sleep’. Air-con in the room doesn’t chill the room at all. ‘Chilled’ music down at the beach is too loud and not relaxing. The real bugbear is the €18 a day they charge you to use the hotel underground car park. It is never full so they could charge you a more competitive rate. We will book an alternative hotel next time. A shame as it’s been so good in the past. Asked hotel reception to make sure we had twin rooms as we are 4 guys playing golf. We received a standard reply that nothing can be guaranteed. Again, disappointing for this level of service. The hotel isn’t even full. The online ‘advanced’ checkin is a waste of time. It was no difference to the normal checkin procedure.

Amazing stay with my gf in may very clean, great food and amazing service! The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one! Entertainment was nice also they have a Dj on the beach for golden hour and the cocktails were very good too!

Great hotel and the evening meal deal was superb

We stayed at this hotel last week and returned with very positive emotions. It was our first trip to Marbella, and I did a lot of research about the area beforehand. We were deciding whether to stay in Puerto Banús or the old town and luckily we chose the right place! The old town has lovely restaurants, shops, tapas bars, and beautiful spots. The beach promenade is very nice! Puerto Banús was great for partying You can also get there by water taxi, which was quite an experience. The hotel is big and beautiful, smells nice, and has excellent service! We had a room with a sea view, and on the second day, we got a higher floor as requested. Note: avoid the 7th floor because the balcony has a roof edge, so the sun never shines into the room. Nevertheless, the view was great, and we slept with the balcony door open to the sound of the sea at night. I would particularly like to mention the cleaners! They came several times daily, and it was always nice to return to the room! Big thanks to the cleaning team! Our package included access to a separate lounge that offered various drinks and snacks. It was a nice place to relax, and we often had wraps, salads, and fruit there instead of lunch. All the staff at the hotel were excellent! Always smiling, polite, and helpful. We always had breakfast outside on the terrace, even though we arrived at peak time, at the last minute. They offered freshly squeezed orange juice and quite a large selection of food. I would also like to highlight that you cannot reserve sunbeds! There’s no annoying situation where the sunbeds are full of towels, and you can’t sunbathe. After half an hour, they collected the towels and personal items and freed up the sunbeds. Very super idea! We always got sunbeds either by the beach or the pool. The service there was slow, but that was only because there were few staff members. Note: avoid the Sangria, it had a strange taste as if syrup had been used. Other drinks were delicious! The rooftop bar – a great place to relax and enjoy the city. Twice we got to see a performer. Thank you for making our vacation beautiful!

Terrible music every where. In reception, pool area, restaurants, toilets etc. But besides that a nice hotel but the music does that it makes you crazy and you just have to get away from it. The music is maybe what 20-year old wants to listen to but didn’t see any there.
