Great pension in the old town. Easy to find and short walk from free parking. Lots if restaurants very close and only 10 mins walk to the beach and paseo. Clean and quiet location with shared spaces and bathrooms. On 3 floors so some people may find top floor a long way up, no lift.

io ho frequentato molti hotel low cost che erano veramente poco confortevoli, per usare una parola chiara dei veri cessi, poche volte devo dire come la pensione Aduar. Per esempio un hotel o una pension che non fa la pulizia della stanza che una volta alla settimana non mi era mai capitata. e dove nemmeno si rifanno i letti giornalmente . E nemmeno quando chiedi alla donna della pulizie di dare una passata al pavimento il proprietario ti dice che la stai disturbando sul lavoro. Insomma un vero incubo . E non dimentichiamo che se arrivi in macchina la devi lasciare a 1km di distanza perchè la zona è il casco antiguo di Marbella ed è pedonale

Clean, bed is comfy, well located and right in the old town. Has balcony but closed after 10pm. Toilet and shower are communal so going for a show in winter could be challenging. Something I don't understand is they would take your card details otherwise 50 euro in case you violate house rules. I have never come across taking card details or that much amount of money in any other hotel/hostel/BnB for this purpose, and I have travelled a lot, which makes this mandatory measure a bit unreasonable.

The reception team at Pension Aduar, is not all that friendly and not very helpful. I stayed 3 nights, and on my last night, I spent it in and out of the bathroom with food poisoning from a recommendation they made to a restaurant. When I went to ask for help (obviously not for free) with getting drinks and/or medicine or an extended time to check out, I was greeted with “No, we don’t offer those services.” However, they are fast to charge a full night if you stay past noon, with no exceptions. That would’ve been fine in any other given situation, but I was sick and felt weak and unwell and I was by myself. I’m very disappointed in the “services” here.

La camada bastante cómoda y todo lo demás estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Silencio por la noche y muy cerca de todo, restaurantes, pubs, y otros comercios del centro.. para estar donde está tiene excelente precio. Las habitaciones un poco pequeñas y la televisión pero por lo demás ok

Buena experiencia, habitacion limpio y cama cómoda. Calidad precio acorde a lo oferta. Lo único mejorable es la TV, que es demasiado pequeña. El personal es amable y el sitio muy céntrico, en pleno casco antiguo de Marbella. Una buena opción para descansar.
