We had two villas both were clean however lots of ants, and were in need of a little updating. I agree with previous review regarding kitchen & Pool, firstly the kitchen you get a small welcome pack, contains 1 dishwasher tablet & 1 washing machine tablet, cloth and sponge. One villa had a kettle which didn’t work & the other didn’t have one at all, no oven trays, oven dishes or tea towels. We were only there a few days so not much of a problem. We bought hand soap & various other items however we had to bin everything as €150 charge it bin not emptied. Didn’t want to risk a charge of anything getting left, so booze coffee jam butter all in bin. The pool was nice but lots of tiles missing needs attention as dangerous, lots of flies as villa beside the main bins. Great views beds comfortable & rooms spacious. Beware of €150 late check in charge & €150 late check out charge. Taxi needed if going to Puerto Banus, but you can walk into Marbella old town & beach takes about 30mins.

Lovely large villa suitable for a family! Me and my partner had the whole place to ourselves. Any questions I had I was responded to straight away. Would definitely rebook, thank you again for a fantastic holiday :-)

The location of the villa is good, with nearby supermarkets and very good access to many areas of Marbella The attention of Jose, the person in charge of the procedures, super attentive and decisive The spaciousness of the house is very good and comfortable The bad thing is There are quite a few things that we didn't like: The house lacks maintenance (rusted, broken, old materials...), the cleaning is quite poor (cleaning done very superficially), the pool without lights to be able to bathe at night , there is no utensil to collect leaves from the garden (they only clean it once and don't come back), you can't make noise after 10:00 p.m. (it's summer and you spend a lot of time on the street, plus I think the law admits until 00:00h), the garage door that does not work. It is a residential area and parking is not easy. We had to leave it in manual, that is, as if you left the car on the street and the door open to your house during your stay. In conclusion, I could say many more things, these villas are very focused on rentals from foreigners, which seems that everything is worth it and they don't care

I would not recommend these villas to anyone. We booked last January to stay there in June 2020, couldn't travel due to COVID, I emailed them & rearranged June 2021 ,we had no idea we would still not be able to travel to Spain this year. Tried to rearrange with villa as soon as we realised we couldn't travel as SPAIN IS ON AMBER LIST! To be told by villa manager that it was safe to travel to Spain. Tried to explain COVID regulations meant we werent allowed to travel to Spain as it's on AMBER list we arent allowed for leisure & they said we had to travel as it wasnt a transferable booking now???? They are flatly refusing to rearrange or refund & said we could travel breaking restrictions!!!! I have made numerous calls, they dont answer. Wish I had taken notice if the negative reviews on ***********.
