1. Out of all the accommodations we stayed in during our 10-day trip to Spain, it was the most expensive but the worst 2. I paid in advance (including breakfast), but I went to check-in, but I said there was no payment, and I stood there for over 30 minutes. At this time, it was around 9:30 p.m. 3. Reservation details + card details + receipts, etc. are printed and shown. The staff tried to resolve it with the reservation company, but it didn't go well. He said he was sorry and said to go to bed, got the key and went to the room (moved by car) 4. I received two keys, but both of them opened the door. My husband got in the car and went to the front desk again to get them, but in the meantime, another one was missing. 5. I have to go to breakfast the next day, but no one contacted me to see if it was resolved or not. Since the hotel reservation company settled with the hotel, they said to go eat. 6. On the 1st day, after breakfast, they asked me to pay, and they said it was included, so they said yes. 7. On the 2nd day, I was leaving after breakfast, but the staff chased me out and asked me to pay. 8. I'm sorry when I check out, nothing to say

A great budget friendly hotel 15 minutes in a taxi from Puerto Banus. For people visiting with families, bear in mind people will use this hotel for hen and stag parties to save money instead of stopping in the more expensive Puerto Banus so you may experience some noise of people coming in late. We didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel, except when we arrived and relaxed around the pool bar for a few hours the jugs of Sangria were great! The hotel seems like a really great hotel for children with a small waterpark with slides. The hotel food was of a good standard. Rooms were spacious and clean.

My friend and I were looking for a short five day break a few weeks ago to get the last of the summer sun and due to a recommendation we choose Ona Alanda .From start to finish I couldn’t fault it .we requested a quiet area so we were shown an apartment in a block around the corner to see if we were happy ! We certainly were it was a very large two bed two bath apartment with every amenity and near a smaller pool ,bar and behind Nikki beach . Our deal included a fabulous breakfast and we had the buffet dinner in the resort two nights . There are two great beach restaurants 5 minutes away and several good restaurants opposite . The old town of Marbella is 20 minutes away in a cab but there is a bus stop opposite as another option . The reception staff in fact all the staff are so helpful nothing is too much trouble ,a special mention to Paco who recommended so many things to us . We are already planning a return trip in Spring .
