To begin, the customer service pre-booking is top notch. Responsive replies and information regarding how to access for a later check-in; follow-ups day of arrival to make sure info was given. The location is superb in that it is off a main road, and just a few minutes/miles to everything. The maids did a great job - bed was clean and nicely presented. Breakfast was cut fruits, coffee, and boiled eggs available on a side table - a perfect quick start to a day. However, room #6 needs some help: - the carpets were in dire need of cleaning, and many stains were apparent. - the bathroom towel rack was literally taped to the wall with white electrical tape. - the in wall air conditioner was quite loud - and each time it cycled on it was disruptive to sleep. - curtains that curtailed the light need to be installed on the window on the side of the home as this is where sunlight comes streaming in. This is very helpful if you neglect to set your alarm for a 6:03 sunrise as the sun does and will shine in the very sheer curtain. Due to arriving late, and not feeling that sharing this info was "an emergency", I did send a text to the "text representative" the next morning due to the fact that when I was leaving, there was no one in attendance to share the info with.
