Great location and very helpful staff. I arrived at the hotel and had booked my reservation for the next day, not the day I arrived. The reception at the desk was luckily able to change it for me to keep the same room and the same rate. I really appreciate the help on this as some hotels do not accommodate errors when it is the guest's mistake. The hotel and room were lovely, and the hotel is in a great, central, very walkable location to everything in town and the train station. I highly recommend.

Klassisches Hotel mit aufmerksamer und freundlicher Rezeption und Restaurant im Haus. Vom Bahnhof in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß oder mit dem Linienbus erreichbar. Die Elisabethkirche ist einen Steinwurf entfernt, ebenso der Eingang zur historischen Altstadt. Schönes Frühstücksbuffet. Ich hatte ein Standardzimmer zu Straße, in einem Seitenflügel. Manches war modernisiert, manches im Retro-Look. Dank der effektiven Schallschutzfenster und des komfortablen Bettes habe ich sehr gut geschlafen. Das Hotel kann ich empfehlen.

Das Parkhaus war viel zu eng ! Mit SUV unmöglich zu parken.
Ansonsten aber tolle Unterkunft !! Zimmer geräumig und sehr sauber ! Frühstück echt Klasse !

Das Economy Zimmer ist die günstigste Zimmerart und ist mit 70er Jahre Flair ausgestattet. Ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß, aber es erfüllt seinen Zweck. Viel wichtiger ist für mich die Saubereit sowie die Freundlichkeit des Personals und beides war zu 100% erfüllt! Auch die kleinen Gesten, wie eine Flasche Wasser zur Begrüßung, Gummibärchen auf dem Bett und eine Gute- Nacht- Geschichte der Gebrüder Grimm sind sehr schön. Wenn man auf die Zimmerreinigung verzichtet, bekommt man ein kleines Geschenk- tolle Idee! Abenteuerlich war das Parken im Hinterhof, man musste mit dem Auto Aufzug fahren. Auch beim Frühstück gab es neue Innovationen, wie z. B. ein Butterspender (TOP) und einen Roboter zum Abtransport des Geschirrs.
