Beautiful place in an excellent location, courteous, helpful and very professional staff, slightly dated furnishings but extremely clean, very beautiful and well-kept swimming pool... this is the second year we have gone and we will definitely be back next time with pleasure.

We have just returned and we recommend it! Clean environments, well-kept spaces, friendly and knowledgeable staff, the only note: enrich the vegetable buffet, for the rest also super stocked in the morning! The croissants are still warm and delicious! If you need advice on itineraries In the morning, ask Peppa who will direct you in the best possible way based on the weather of the day!

Clean apar**ents, quite spacious, with everything you need. The structure is in an excellent position, you can easily reach the town center on foot, avoiding the driveway. This way you can reach the beaches of Marciana Marina (but, if desired, a shuttle service is available), the supermarket and the various restaurants with a pleasant walk. The residence is quiet, with lots of greenery, lots of parking and a beautiful view (from the bar room), there is a very convenient coin-operated washing machine and a bike rental service. We didn't eat at the property so I can't review it, but the room used appears tidy and clean. I would just try to create a play space dedicated to children, even if they just need some open space and they have fun! The residence offers very interesting weekly experiences for free (or with discounts). In this regard, the staff at the reception are very kind and helpful, just like the girls in charge of cleaning. The swimming pool is large, clean, just as the surrounding space is clean and tidy (sunbeds, umbrellas and bins always tidy). Last, but not least, the lifeguard who cheers up the hours spent in the pool! He maintains order and enforces the rules with kindness, always has a joke for everyone and gives excellent advice on local places. We will be back!

Very beautiful residence surrounded by greenery and with sea view. Very good restaurant, you eat a lot and well. The staff is very nice and available for everything. I highly recommend it especially to families as it is very well organized and very clean. We will definitely be back!

Nice structure, room with a nice view. The rooms and terraces could be modernized, but overall satisfactory. The garden is well kept and the structure is connected to the rest of the town by both a driveway and a pedestrian road. The only negative note is the lifeguard, who thinks he's nice but just comes across as rude.
