Just recently stayed at JWMarriot at Marco Island. (March 12-15) Reserved two rooms that were supposed to be Kings with pullout bed. When we arrived and checked in we had two king rooms with no pullout bed. We had our grandchildren with us and we needed the pullout beds. Hotel agreed to provide roll out bed but very uncomfortable and not what we paid for. I have requested a refund

Friendly and incredibly kind staff. Food choices were excellent. Proximity to the beach is unbeatable! The pools were beautiful. I would suggest more serving staff around the pool. It took quite a while to order something.

The property is absolutely beautiful. Staff is beyond friendly. The restaurants were delicious and is walking distance to others as well. The only issue we had was having to get up early to wait in line to get chairs by the pool. If you didn’t want chairs at the pool the beach had plenty to choose from.

The chickee huts on the beach are amazing! Q, Jean, Katrina and the rest of the staff have been incredible! And the management has been so accommodating to our special family needs this trip. Everything has been beyond our expectations!!!!

Q was wonderful and so helpful and courteous with getting us set up with our chairs, umbrella and beach gear on a busy day. His quietly respectful nature and easy 'I got you' made us feel cared for and at ease. Marriott, you have a real gem with Q!! Definitely a 5 out of 5!! Guests Jess and Denée

Amazing beach service for the cabanas! Q set us up everyday and was happy to help us with extra requests!!! Best service, so nice! Amanda’s food/drink service was great, always checking up on us and was quick! Would request them every day and come back for them!

Alexis was amazing at the beach! Super helpful! Information was so awesome amd helped plan our vacation! Knew the area and made recommendations for the local area. You can't go wrong talking to her about the local area. She made the stay over the busy Memorial Day weekend so good!
