Had a wonderful experience at the spa at Hilton Marco Island. I got a glow facial with Gina. She was friendly, personable, and accommodating to my specific skin concerns. The facial was relaxing. I especially appreciate that she did not try to push me to buy products as most spas do. I also got a wonderful massage with Fernando. He provided the firm pressure I requested and left me feeling relaxed. Any treatment also provides you access to the spa facilities for the day, so I was able to enjoy the sauna, steam room, and outdoor jacuzzi. The resort itself is nice. The pool and beach access make it so easy to find a place to soak up some sun. There are lots (but not enough) of umbrellas on the pool deck for shade and the resort fee includes 2 beach chairs with an umbrella daily. The resort fee ($30) and food ($20+) and drink ($16+) prices are quite steep after already paying a lot for the rooms. There is free coffee available in the morning in the lobby from 7-9am. There is also a small market for grab and go breakfast and lunch sandwiches, salads, fruit, coffee, etc. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although there was a small bit of mold on the ceiling in our shower. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance across the street. We especially enjoyed Happy Hour at Marco Prime and dinner at Da Vincis. About 1.5 miles down the road is Doreen’s which is a great spot for breakfast or lunch. We also did a sunset dinner cruise on the Marco Princess, which I would definitely recommend!
