Very quiet and quaint and clean. Our room was perfect for the two nights we stayed. The water pressure in the shower was terrific and powerful! The bed was comfortable but felt the pillows were hard. There were others to choose but just stuck with what was on the bed. I loved how there were plenty of places within walking distance and yet it was so quiet. There were plenty of birds and dolphins to watch. By the ice machine, there was coolers, beach chairs, and games to borrow. I would recommend this home away from home.

So happy with our stay! The owner, Desiree, couldn't have been more accompanying! The location is the best on the island! Walking distance to at least 5 different dining and cocktail experiences! Highly recommend "The Boathouse Motel"

Clean room, lots of soft fluffy towels, comfy bed, cold AC, awesome friendly staff, we love staying in smaller hotels like this, most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. Plenty of lounge chairs to watch the sunset but bring bug spray for the mosquitoes and no-see-ums that come out at dusk.

We came here on a whim no idea what it was going to be like we were traveling all around Florida from East Coast to West Coast and decided to stay an extra night here it was beautiful we saw dolphins swimming by the fishing was incredible it was a beautiful staythank you again for the free T-shirt

We wanted to stay at the Boat House in Olde Marco Island for years but never had the opportunity. But this May 2024 we did and it was excellent. Old Florida charm with a phenomenal location! The rooms are spacious, clean and very tastefully arranged and equipped. Staff and owners are very friendly, helpful and personable. The location is perfect as you're within walking distance of great places to dine like the Snook Inn. You're right on a canal, where one can stop with your boat or even fish. There's a pool and a decking area, should you want to relax and enjoy some solitude. The facilities even include a washer/drier should you need it. he rates are very competitive. This is one of the places we stayed in Florida, if not even the best.
