Fomos extremamente bem recepcionados. O quarto é incrivelmente aconchegante, café da manhã completíssimo. Todas as partes externas como piscina e restaurante são de primeira qualidade. Fiquei hospedada, junto com meu filho e um amigo, no período de 29/01/24 a 02/02/24. Foi a primeira vez que fomos nesse hotel e foi uma experiência ÚNICA! SUPER INDICO e com certeza voltarei mais vezes. Os meninos da recepção: Nicolas, Celso, Augusto e Cristian, são super educados e simpáticos, com uma presteza admirável. O Hotel é bem limpinho, o quarto é bem aconchegante, condiz com o que apresentam no site. O grande diferencial do hotel é o translado. A praia não fica muito longe (20 min andando), então você pode deixar o carro no estacionamento do hotel e solicitar o transporte SEM CUSTO ADICIONAL. São sempre pontuais e prestativos. O Restaurante, possui muitas variedades de refeições e todos os pratos são bem servidos e são super caprichosos. Os funcionários Thiago e Neto, são de uma educação ímpar e estão sempre com um sorriso largo no rosto (que faz toda diferença no atendimento). Por fim, o Hotel é bem completo, possui piscinas, sauna, salão de jogos, churrasqueira, estacionamento e tem um café da manhã bem completo, sem contar a recepção 24h. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes. Grande abraço.

Segunda vez que nos hospedamos. Os funcionários são muito cordiais e atenciosos, as instalações são bem limpas e os pratos e porcoes do restaurante são excelentes. O translado e a liberação de consumo das bebidas compradas fora das dependências do hotel são um ponto a mais.

Super indico esse hotel, eu e a minha família fomos muito bem recepcionados, o hotel possui uma infraestrutura muito boa, os funcionários bem educados e atenciosos em ajudar e deixar a experiência incrível durante a estadia. A limpeza do hotel é impecável e a gastronomia do La Trattoria, muito boa.
