The Barn B&B

The Barn is delightful! The people there were so welcoming. It was such a lovely atmosphere and would highly recommend it for anyone who wants to explore Port Talbot and surrounding areas! The room was absolutely stunning! 💯 and if I had the chance, I would definitely stay again ✨️

Had such a lovely holiday. We were only here 3 short days but it has been beautiful. Phil has been very welcoming and we were able to have a cuppa when we arrived as they provided a lovely welcome basket. The dogs came and said good morning one morning which was lovely. We had more stuff than we needed in the kitchen and even towels and soap were provided which I didn't expect. I've had everything needed for a Sunday dinner. We've borrowed the fire pit and had a couple of evenings roasting marshmallows over the fire under the stars which 2 of us have never done before! Very clean and homely. I love the size of the mugs! Quality crockery and I keep finding more cloths and equipment! Genuinely had a lovely weekend and sad to go.

Very nice barn conversion, clean room, excellent continental breakfast laid on every morning,staff were very friendly and available for any queries.

The staff were great the room was great,but the breakfast was a not a fry up but a continental breakfast and I think it should be mentioned as the advert says great breakfast and should have described it correctly

Comfy bed, warm and cosy, very friendly welcome. Nice hot shower in the morning. Good parking, and easily located. The b&b has creatively arisen from some beautifully restored listed farm buildings, with judicious use of recycled items, such as local floor boards, the attention to detail is evident in the quality of the reconstruction/renovation. Ate at a nearby local pub in the evening (we’d already decided and booked, but this turned out to be one recommended by our hosts.), As we were meeting family for lunch we didn’t partake of breakfast, so cannot comment on this aspect. Would happily return when visiting the family again.

I booked an overnight stay with a friend, as we were attending Illuminate at Margam Park, and googled nearby accommodations. We were thrilled with The Barn B & B . There was private parking on site, the hosts were warm and welcoming and the room was immaculate and cosy. We would definitely revisit in the future.

Every aspect of my stay was above expectations. The greet, the room, the bed,the attention to detail and breakfast were brilliant. Would stay agaain without heasitation and throughly recommend Welsh board give 4 stars it deserves 5 stars!

Friendly owner, comfy bed, copious hot water with good pressure all based in a delightful area

We had a function in Margam Park and the Barn was an ideal venue to stay overnight. The bedroom was really cosy with a large bed and the breakfast was a continental with lots of choice. We met the owner who was a helpful and friendly host. We will definitely stay again.
