El hotel es muy bonito a la entrada, el lobby muy bien presentado y con excelente atención del personal, la zona del bar es adecuada para tomar unos tragos tranquilo, el área de la habitaciones muy bien cuidadas y con climatizador, la piscina es de agua salada pero bastante agradable, la playa está cerca, el bufete es excelente con comida muy variada, solo mejorar el sistema de tratado de aguas blancas para evitar tener sal en los baños.

Excelente atención y servicio, buena comida, personal dedicado y respetuoso con las personas, mucha diversión, bonita playa, y muy buena piscina, por mejorar el tratamiento de agua de duchas y lavamanos ya que es un poco salada, buen hotel super recomendado

La atención es personalizada. El personal super amable y atento. Un lugar ideal para desconect**** de la rutina se los recomiendo. La comida muy buena. El personal estuvo pendiente en todo momento si necesitaba algo. En fin una experiencia única.

Excelente, sus instalaciones y un trato muy acogedor por parte de todo el personal que labora en este prestigioso hotel! Les recomiendo a todos los turistas así como a los temporadistas que vengan a vacacionar a este excelente y gran hotel ubicado en la isla de margarita.

La comida no tiene mucha variedad y es un poco limitada, y el sabor no es muy bueno. El servicio de bebidas deja mucho que desear al estar siempre congestionado, pero en general las bebidas son buenas ya que usan ingredientes naturales. Las habitaciones y las instalaciones son muy buenas en relación calidad-precio y el hotel cuenta con bastante animación.
