This was a very pleasant although brief stay , one night . A warm welcome from friendly hosts . Loved the interiors perhaps a little mischievous or ostentatious for some . Our room was large and comfortable with a view over the square and a sea view from the bed which was nice. It’s a great hotel and great location near the coast in an historical square with that Margate (faded ) grandeur of yesteryear being resurrected I do think a good cooked breakfast however limited or continental buffet would be a good addition, in order to make itself competitive . I liked the individuality of the place and the non corporate feel.Given its location on the wilder side of town a restaurant with at least a lunch menu or weekend menu would be a good thing. Good luck with this venture .
