Lifestyle Hotel Eder

We had been to Maria Alm before and we really liked the place. The first time we stayed in a hotel in the same price category, so we have a comparison. We became aware of this traditional hotel through the program "Hotel Legends" and had corresponding expectations. The program gave the impression that it was a must to stay in the Schwaiger family's establishments. However, we discovered that the price-performance ratio was disproportionate. We booked the most expensive room (Gipfelstürmer), which was unfortunately quite small and the view (into the other stairwell) was not really appealing for the price segment. We traveled with our dog and paid €15 per day for him, which is absolutely fine. However, we missed bowls or other goodies that you usually get in other hotels. Unfortunately, in our opinion, the hotel does not rely on regional products for breakfast, which we find very unfortunate. It seemed to us as if the products such as sausage or cheese were bought pre-cut from the refrigerated section. However, the hotel impresses with its rustic style and we really liked that. We will definitely visit Maria Alm again, but we will stay in a hotel that convinces us in terms of value for money.

Gewoon even binnengelopen voorbeurs te drinken in het regenachtige Maria Alm. Wat een verrassing was dit !! Mooie winterkamer waar we konden zitten met een fantastische stoel voor de kinderen. Ook nog even verder binnen gekeken in dit hotel, ziet er echt top uit.

The Hotel Eder has a very charming location, in the middle of Maria Alm and surrounded by small shops, bars and beer gardens. The cozy impression on the outside continues inside, traditional but by no means aloof. The staff is more than friendly, check-in is uncomplicated and quick. The rooms are very spacious and also cozy. The pool area is rather small, but creatively and wittily embedded "between the restaurant and the church wall" - really worth seeing. The breakfast buffet is extensive, perhaps one or two dishes could be added. I tried the Eder Hotel both in winter for skiing and in summer for biking and can recommend it without reservation!

Beautiful rooms, modern, in alpine style - the bathroom in the lifestyle room is very small, but adequate, excellent breakfast buffet, dinner a la carte was very good, beautiful spa area - perfect for relaxing. Extremely friendly and courteous staff in all areas. Conclusion: a wonderful stay

The hotel is perfectly located in the middle of the picturesque town center. The staff and the family are extremely warm, friendly, helpful and competent. You feel welcome from the moment you check in and can enjoy your vacation to the fullest. The food is an absolute experience every day. The kitchen really does a great job. We want to come back again and again!

When I visited the Hotel Eder in Maria Alm, I was impressed from the start. The hotel exuded a welcoming a**osphere and the friendly staff gave me a warm welcome. Nestled in the stunning mountain landscape of Maria Alm, the hotel offered a picturesque view that enchanted me every morning. It was the ideal starting point for hikes and exploring nature. The fresh air and peace were simply priceless. The rooms at the Hotel Eder were spacious, tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. The beds were comfortable and I enjoyed restful nights to wake up fresh and energized the next day. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was remarkable and the cleaning staff did an excellent job. Another highlight of my stay was the culinary offerings at the Hotel Eder. The breakfast buffet was rich and varied, so there was something for every taste. I enjoyed trying regional specialties and was never disappointed. Dinner was also a delight. The kitchen offered a wide range of exquisite dishes prepared with fresh ingredients. The service staff was always attentive and courteous, and the a**osphere in the restaurant was pleasant and cozy. Hotel Eder also has a wellness area where I could relax wonderfully after an active day in the mountains. The wellness area offered a variety of facilities such as a sauna, steam bath and pool. I enjoyed relaxing in the sauna and regenerating my muscles. The staff were extremely friendly and made me feel completely at ease. What really sets Hotel Eder apart, however, is the commi**ent of the entire team, who always tried to make my stay unforgettable. Every request was handled promptly and professionally, and the staff were always on hand to help and advise. I really felt like a valued guest. In conclusion, I can say that my stay at Hotel Eder in Maria Alm was simply fantastic. The location, the rooms, the food, the wellness area and, above all, the staff completely won me over. I can fully recommend Hotel Eder and am already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you for this wonderful experience!
