The location of the Continental Hotel- Pension is perfect for easy access to the city. The Museums Quarter is a short stroll down Mariahilfer Straße, which is itself a shopping street. The Nachsmarkt is also close by. The staff are helpful, particularly the manager Mr. Tibor Tarnai. The rooms are basic but clean and the breakfast is most satisfactory. Hotel is just super !!! I will definitely go back to it !!! I didn't expect even that it was so super !!! Every photo that on the site it corresponds ! from staff to everything at a very good level hotel ! I have seen a lot of hotels there are more to compare but this really was delighted ! There is a desire to go back to them and rest and so I will ! huge room light ! clean ! Convenient soft bed ! pools ! jacuzzi ! hall ! huge territories ! in general , there are only advantages !

There was a supermarket, a convenience store open on Sundays, and McDonald's nearby, so it was very convenient. The front desk is kind and the rooms are clean. The only issue I have is that the Wi-Fi signal is a little weak.

The hotel is located on the banks of the Danube, with excellent environment, spacious rooms, rich breakfast, and independent parking lot. But the worst thing is the flower drying in the shower room, the water is not strong, let alone a five-star hotel, even a budget hotel should not be.

Our bedroom wasn’t cleaned during our stay of three nights, we felt this is unacceptable for a hotel. Also our floor corridor didn’t have any lights with the exception of emergency exit lights (please note corridors are black and green representing a forest) so dark. Our bedroom had a very good size and kitchenette, although there was only 1 chair and the bedroom is for 2 people. These are things that I believe can be improved. The hotel have a good vibe , music and food.

Amazing and value-for-money! Will definitely recommend. Friendly staff, rooms is very clean and even had a nice view on 12th floor. They also helped to keep the luggage before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast also have good options, though sometimes might be a bit crowded. Location is just in front of 2 Trams, which one of them going to Train Central Station (Wien Hbf) directly. Also metro is within 5min walk. Besides that there are multiple Lidle or Billa supermarkets within 5min walk, and the Mariahilfer shopping street is just next to hotel. Would like to be back again!

We recently spent a night at ibis just outside of the Wien Hauptbahnhof (Hbf) and were happy with our stay. Luggage storage for those who arrive early or have late departures out of the city Rooms are decently sized for average-sized guests, with a strong hot shower and daily housekeeping. No complimentary water or other amenities, but that is the ibis way. You can walk down to Reception 24/7 to get a cup of hot water, or get a free coffee from the 1st floor restaurant (opens at 6.30 am) even if you're not having breakfast.

One of the worst hotels I had ever been either in Europe or outside Europe We arrived at the morning at 10 am and the rooms was not ready and guess what?!! The reason they told us that they didn’t have enough people working in room service After we checked in at 2 pm my colleague find the bed in his room isn’t clean with many hair and waste on and he asked them to clean it but they replied that he need to change the room as again the room service isn’t ready to clean it I asked them about massage service and they checked and told me it’ll be available at 5 pm and when I went there I found a guy waiting for me and I told them I don’t feel comfortable with a man doing a massage for me as it’s normally she has to be a lady and then they asked me to pay 30€ as a fees for cancellation as they got him as a private trainer from outside hotel and when I asked why you didn’t tell me all of these details in advance they replied that this is the normal case and I have to ask The food quality was always bad specially in the breakfast and in general you feel you’re in a hostel not in hotel because of lack of services
