Alle Anwendungen ausgebucht , kein Parkplatz mehr im Hotel mehr vorhanden, auch ausgebucht und durch die Sprachbarrieren ( weder Deutsch noch Englisch ) war sehr schwierig zu wissen, wo man das Auto parken kann. Die Dame am Wellnessbereich unfreundlich . Der Pool war zu klein und wenn man keine Anwendungen bekommen, gibt es nicht viel zu machen. Der Barkeeper war aber sehr nett .

Hotel bien situé avec spa/piscine/sauna, chambre confortable et petit déjeuner convenable. Le stationnement est compliqué mais possible au parking municipal non loin. Si le verre de bienvenu n'est que du Proseco le petit cadeau de départ est innatendu et pratique ;-)

A very pleasant hotel, comfortable room, beautiful bathroom (bathrobes available for the swimming pool if you have reserved). the welcome was attentive, we learned German, but it is still in its infancy) partly in French and in English. The catering is good, the breakfast excellent and varied, nothing to envy of well-known chain hotels. The staff is extremely courteous, smiling and efficient and... motivated! Lots of young people, who work hard and well. The swimming pool is nice, we haven't tested the trea**ents though, so no opinion. The hotel is perfectly clean, the rooms too, l) also, the staff works hard, that's obvious. We really enjoyed our stay even if it was short. If, like us, you come by car, it has a garage. When we checked out, we received a parting gift: water and sweets, we found the attention to customers very appreciable! In three words: we enjoyed it and if we come back, we will come back!

Der Personal am Empfang,im Spa und Wellnesbereich und in den Restaurants ist sehr freundlich,die Zimmer und das ganze Hotel ist sauber. Die Speisen in Restaurants sind gut und frisch. Kann nur weiter empfehlen.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt für meine Frau und mich. Kleine aber feine Zimmer. Das Personal war bzw. ist sehr freundlich und durch die Bank kompetent. Meine Frau war von der Kosmetikerin Romana besonders angetan, die ihr eine der besten kosmetischen Behandlungen angedeihen ließ und nicht wie oft üblich versuchte, irgendwelche teuren Cremes anzudrehen. Im Gegenteil ging sie auf die dermatologischen Probleme ein und hat diese auch nachhaltig behandelt. Das Ergebnis war phänomenal und ist auch jetzt nach mehr als 4 Wochen immer noch sichtbar. Das Essen ist sehr abwechslungsreich- und ideenreich. Geschmacklich hervorragend. Leider sind manche warme Speisen oft nur lau, was sehr schade ist. Ein weiterer kleiner Wermutstropfen ist das etwas sehr kleine Schwimmbecken, was aber unseren Aufenthalt nicht weiter getrübt hat. Mit an Sicherheit grenzender Wahrscheinlichkeit kommen wir wieder!!!! Vielen Dank an das gesamte Personal.
