Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer sauber,
allerdings konnten wir das Fenster nicht öffnen da genau ein Schornstein davor und der die ganze Nacht qualmte und stank

Sehr nettes, aufmerksames Personal. Das Hotel ist top, nur Sauna sollte inklusive sein. Frühstück war gut und auch da toller Service. Eine Flasche Sekt, mit Erdbeeren dazu, gab es als Geburtstagsüberraschung auf's Zimmer. Wir kommen wieder.

Gelsenkirchener Barock verdient keine fünf Sterne und den entsprechenden Preis. Das gesäubert wird muss nicht durch entsprechende Geruchsemissionen zum Ausdruck gebracht werden.

Beautiful hotel surrounded by nature. This place has a lovely Spa area with wide range of procedures. Hotel staff were taking care of us (group of 10 people). Breakfast and dinner were absolutely amazing and again the chef's were excellent and always found the way to cook for one of my client a gluten and lactose free dishes. Rooms are well equipped and overall we had a great experience. Short walk to the city centre where you can be amazed by nice parks and thermal waters. I will definitely come back to this hotel!

Das Hotel ist ruhig am Ortsrand gelegen. Zum Skilift ist es nicht weit, recht gut fußläufig erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sauber und hell, sehr geräumig. Die Zimmertemperatur konnte man nicht erhöhen (20,5 Grad), das Badezimmer war etwas zu kühl für uns. Auch der Pool war uns etws zu kalt. Das Frühstück war gut. Aber das Obst war zu grob geschnitten, auch die Abdeckungen der Speisen wirkte optisch nicht so gut und war nicht so praktisch. Insgesamt unserer Meinung u d Erfahrung nach eher 4 Sterne, da wir bei 5 Sternen mehr erwarten dürfen.

Hotel with piece of history wonderful place to spend at least a few days doesnt matter whether winter or summer season. Excellent service, tasty food and friendly staff. Nice time at wellness fully satisfied all family. Everything was just perfect looking forward to come again.

Schönes Ambiente in einem herrlichen alten, aber top renoviertem Gebäude. Aufmerksames Personal. Falls möglich bekommt man Upgrades in höhere Zimmerkategorien. Schöner Ausblick auf MARIENBAD, da etwas oberhalb und nicht direkt im Zentrum. (Wichtig zu wissen: zum Stadtzentrum ist es ein kurzer Fußweg. ) Ausgezeichnetes Restaurant. Kostenlose Parkplätze am Hotel.

I spent here only one night at the wonderful Esplanade hotel with the kindest and most helpful staff I have ever met. In the restaurant, lobby and also on the bar. The hotel is very well furnished with great facilities. I took a dinner in the hotel and it was amazing and plentiful. The buffet breakfast was very rich, the breakfast restaurant staff very friendly and attentive to all wishes. The hotel is set among beautiful rocks overlooking the town and the main spa promenade. I enjoyed my stay a lot and look forward to come back!
