The reception staff were super friendly and super nice. I was very pleasantly surprised that there was even a receptionist who had some knowledge of Spanish (bravo to her). Breakfast in a very pleasant atmosphere. The room met all my needs.

This small hotel is located very convenient - not far from the car bath, close to the city. The congress with the car bath is also not a difficult one. The hotel has a friendly staff, good breakfast, clean. Reception only until 22:00, but if booking is required, wait. The hotel is locked at night and the guests are given the keys to the entrance door.

Good location, 10 minutes from city center. Free big parking, very convenient for a hotel in Maribor. Acceptable price. Small rooms, I was surprised by the old TV in the room (20 years old :)). Breakfsat OK for a for a three star hotel. Nice amiable staff. We will come back if we visit Maribor in the future.

We were checked in by a very unpleasant young lady that reminded us in a very rude manner that parking was EUR8 per day even when I said it's fine with us. One of the rooms we were given had a problem with the air conditioning, and luckily when we went down to the reception to complain, there was another person there that was very helpful and friendly, and he immediately changed it to a better room with a nice view facing the slope. We have stayed at even better 3-star hotels, but the 4-star rating of this hotel is really misleading, and should be downgraded. The rooms are very basic, outdated TV, slow internet unless with an additional fee for faster speed, terrible bathroom with low quality bathroom amenities, and an even worse shower stall. The nicer part of the hotel was the large lobby, and breakfast was quite decent. The only enjoyable experience we had, was going on the toboggan ride on the slope which was not part of the hotel.

Very nice hotel with excellent food and drinks, service is excellent, parking in the garage under the hotel, amazing view from the hotel terrace. We stayed in this Hotel for 1 night at the start of our Coach Tour. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy and more than adequate for our needs. We had a buffet dinner which was very nice, plenty of choice and the food was replenished when necessary. Breakfast is also buffet style with plenty of choice. The Hotel is a short walk from the centre of town and very convenient.
