Hotel room does not look like the trip.com pictures at all. Hotel staff did not knock or ring the bell before entering the room at all. Super dangerous for solo travellers
I was greeted by the nicest receptionist, I told her that trip.com was no help on switching my room from a double bed to a king cause that wasn’t even supposed to be , she never hesitated she just did it .. The walk from the hotel to mill ave for dinner an drinks was 7 min , so nice . At night to go on roof with the pool an view omg gorgeous... very clean an very nice ... will stay again an will recommend to others ..
