The hotel was outdated.The toilet handle broke shortly after being there. The hotel is out dated.The management was rude.It says kids stay for free.What it should say is stat for free But if the kids stays for Free , they have to sit there don't breath don't walk on floor or laugh if they do the people above you or beside you will Bang on the wall's ceiling. Call the management Ask for extra towels because there was 4 of us and we had 2 towels I was told.I couldn't have any till morning because they were locked up And she had no way of getting to them.What kind of a hotels leaves management without Keys to get the guest an extra towel Maybe some. Shampoo a bar soap god forbid if you're right out of toilet paper.

Bed Bugs, cockroaches, and spiders. We checked into the hotel, and at first, the room seemed ok; a bit run down, slightly dirty, and a musty smell . Then my daughter got bit by a bedbug. I managed to kill it with a Kleenex, and I immediately took it to the desk clerk. She started sneezing violently and said she was allergic to bedbugs. She offered us another room, and with some hesitation we took it and checked it out. It seemed ok, so we moved in. About a half hour later, the first cockroach showed up, followed by several more, than a fifty cent piece sized spider ran from under the bed. I killed it and brought it to the front desk. The girl started screaming, and she called the manager who promised to give us our money back. We packed up and spent the night in our car at a rest area! We never got our money back, nor even an apology. Don't stay here!

Bed Bugs and more! Cockroaches and spiders! This is not somewhere you want to stay. The place smells awful, and people wander the parking lot. We were promised our money back and never got it. We left and ended up sleeping in our car at a rest area. I can't believe you can book this through trip advisor. It should be removed. Don't stay here!

well for one had bugs on the bed which i took pictures floor was dirty didnt look like it was swept and the room actually didnt smell

Very friendly staff. Clean room. Was a comfortable stay and I would stay here again.

Unless you don’t mind rooming with roaches, I’d find somewhere else to stay if I were you!

Pizza Hut, a Mexican restaurant and Krogers in the parking lot.

No complaints: next to a grocery store and Pizza Hut, plus hard-surface floors in the rooms and clean bathrooms.

There was food in the microwave and there's roaches. The heat doesn't work.
