Our experience at Zoetry Marigot Bay was truly outstanding, extending from our arrival at the reception to our departure. Every one of our requests was promptly fulfilled without any issues, with the staff being exceptionally friendly. The cuisine was excellent, particularly the delightfully fresh sushi served at the pool bar. If given the chance, we would definitely return for another stay.

We got married at Zoetry and it was absolutely amazing. Carleen the wedding coordinator takes care of everything and makes sure you feel special. Sometimes response times were a little delayed for a north eastern US person, but island time is not incorrect. She always got back to us and everything turned out absolutely perfect. We had the best time and would recommended Zoetry as a place to get married for anyone looking to have a destination wedding in st. Lucia that isn’t on the beach.

We spent 5 nights at this gorgeous property on Marigot Bay. TL;DR: we had a great time and left relaxed and happy. The staff were friendly, the food was delicious, and our room was clean and quiet. The beach is a very short ferry ride away and the two pools are clean and drinks were always available.
A few areas of improvement:
1) consider adding more loungers by the pool or allow renting of cabanas. There never seemed to be enough chairs and people would just leave their towels to “save” a spot and then never come back.
2) remind staff about attention to detail when replenishing the room amenities (for example: towels would be taken but not replaced, coffee pods were hard to come by, and water wasn’t consistently replenished in the fridge)
3) encourage more of a team environment. It was clear that concierge and staff communication was poor. For example, we booked a private romantic dinner and when we confirmed day-of with the concierge, they told us a different time from what the waiter and chef were told so we were late for our reservation.
Overall, we’re easy going and had very few problems. If we ever go back to St. Lucia, we would stay here again.

We had such a wonderful time celebrating our friend’s wedding here! Beautiful scenery, delicious food, TOP NOTCH staff! From room service: Stephanie, Peter and Joel did a great job keeping our room and drinks in order, to the food service staff: Dion, Lawrence, Caleb, Shamme, Shaquan, the chef (I forgot his name I’m sorry thank you for the espresso martinis) and ESPECIALLY Marina met our every need and went out of their way to give us the best experience possible. Last but not least, Vonetta and Neil were very accommodating in assisting us with any general room issues or transport. We highly recommend this resort! We made wonderful memories and lasting connections during our stay and can’t wait to come back. Honorable Mention: I’m not sure if he officially works for the resort, but Captain Vibes (Joah) was the most entertaining ferry captain. So glad to meet all of these people! Love, Sabrina and JR

Needs tons of work. Not once did I see the pool being cleaned. Always running out of pool towels. Hard to get ice at night. Half the time room service didn’t show up. The spa was ice cold so I couldn’t relax and paid a fortune for something that wasn’t even enjoyable. It took over two hours to eat because the service was so poor

Not the most polished resort in terms of glitz and perfection but very comfortable and relaxed stay. Nice range of à la carte dining in the all inclusive and great cocktails. Don't expect fast service nor everything to be remembered but staff are lovely and very friendly. Happily not child friendly, very much adult orientated which suited us fine. Need to be able bodied on the whole due to the layout of the resort and the many steps. Bay and Marina are lovely but don't expect lush beaches..you'd need to travel out for those.

The service for meals was very slow and often missing items we had asked for. We waited 35 minutes one evening after we were seated and finally my husband got up to ask someone to come over to take our order or even get us water. The items marked gluten free weren't really GF since they still contained soy sauce (which contains gluten). However, the rooms were nice. There are others allowed on the property so you will be asked constantly your room number and last name to make sure you are allowed to go where you are walking. That was a little odd (this is walking along the pier where the sailboats and yachts are docking) or when going to the gym. There are 2 restaurants per meal included with the all inclusive so if you have allergies/food intolerances your choices will be pretty limited. And even though you give those issues ahead of time they don't mark your room number down when you are seated, so you have to re-explain these every single meal. All in all, pretty island but not the resort for us. We have been to all inclusive resorts that handled all areas much more smoothly and where the staff was very friendly. Here the butlers and the front desk staff were the really only friendly folks.
