Food was served promptly and fresh. The oxtail melted off the bone like butter. Tasha the Waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu items. The view was breathtaking and weather was very warm. I would highly recommend Zoetry for a great sunset experience 10/10.

Depending on your purpose for this trip would determine your satisfaction with the resort. If your purpose for staying at Zoetry was to stay at a resort in the brand because you wanted to visit St Lucia then this Zoetry will fulfill that. If your purpose was to experience luxury and upscale accommodations then you should reconsider this as one of your selections.

Beautiful views and good food. Outstanding service. Resort really needs to upgrade all areas of the property to compete effectively. Invest in a good insect control company! Too many mosquitoes and sand flies. Viceroy is killing your business!!!! Our Butler, Rochel was exceptional. Service was top notch. All staff were polite, kind and attentive! Just lovely!!! You must combine service and accommodation to attract repeat business. Clients invest a great deal of money in their vacation!!!! Owners: It’s so unfair to have staff with long sleeve shirts, pants. Women wearing dark hosiery is boarding on a lack of humanity! Do something about it. Give them a choice. You are better than that. Set a standard for the beautiful people of the island and others will follow suit. Be a true leader and humanitarian.

We had an unforgettable time this week at Zoetry! The staff and service was top notch from our butlers, to the food service, the spa and everything in between. We didn’t have much planned when we got here but whether we wanted to take a trip or take it easy our butlers helped us plan a perfect honeymoon!

1416 has excellent service and Renata, Allison, Nigel and Nicole were very hospitable. If these individuals are serving you, you will for sure have a great time and a great experience! My friends and I will be back!!! The front desk staff was amazing as well! I would definitely recommend exchanging money ASAP because it was a pain to do the conversions.

Staff were mostly excellent, excelled expectations especially with food as 3 of us our vegetarians, especially the chefs. Our butler Genesis was very hospitable and met all our needs. For young adults, there is not a lot to do, especially from 1030, the place is dead. Overall the resort is very clean and the views are spectacular! I would recommend the resort to invest in a games room with table tennis, darts, pool table etc to enhance the experience.

Recently stayed at Zoetry Marigot Bay for honeymoon and had a great experience. The service was exceptional particularly from Hilda, Rochel, Kerissa, and Caleb who made every moment memorable with their attentive and friendly service. The resort offers stunning views of Marigot Bay. The food was impressive at the restaurants especially the creole buffet night. We do wish there were more in-room dining food options. Our plunge pool was worth the upgrade providing a private oasis with beautiful surroundings. The beach area was easy to get to less than 2 minute ferry/pontoon ride away. The resort is perfect for unwinding. It is important to mention that this property is family-friendly as their were kids in the pool that for the most part were respectful so if you're seeking adults only environment this would not be the ideal choice. If you're also looking for more nighttime festivities or party environment this would not be recommended. For us, we wanted relaxing private time and were able to get exactly that. Overall, we had a great experience with service, scenery, and great food.
