The room is old. Toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers and mineral water are not provided. It is quite a distance from a convenience store without a car. It is very inconvenient. The price of more than 2,000 yuan is really not worth it

Honestly. A lovely hotel but not worth the price
If you are going, just make sure u don't get room 1102. Even front desk staff agreed she hears complaints about it's size and location frequently

Terrible experience. Was not helped when I asked what so ever. There were random dogs walking onto my first floor balcony. I told the desk I was allergic and they did nothing.

My girlfriend and I have stayed at this hotel for years when I come to visit from Colorado. This stay was a huge disappointment. We were awaken at 1am by a very loud noise that went on for hours. We couldn’t figure out what it was. We informed the front desk the next morning and were told no one else had complained and we should have called the front desk and they would have investigated it then. That to me is very poor customer service and they have lost us as future guests!

We spent a long weekend at the hotel anticipating the arrival of our first grandchild. The valet service and staff were amazing and ready to accommodate us every hour of every day as we were on standby. We would like to thank each of them individually as they are so deserving of praise. A big shout out to Danny, Santiago, Dennis, Johan, Darwin, Nick, Alli, William, Isaiah, Louis, Jose and Jack!
