Terribile,grazioso solo esternamente, niente a che vedere con un 4stelle!! pulizia sommaria, ascensore continuamente fuori uso,camera da due stelle con bagno senza finestra né ventola,aria condizionata non regolabile,non consigliato assolutamente!

Dopo prenotazione tramite booking, una volta giunti a destinazione siamo stati accolti da personale gentile e cordiale. Ci è stata assegnata una comoda suite, con terrazza e vista sulla struttura. La struttura è molto curata ed è dotata di piscina ad uso gratuito per i clienti. Unica pecca: i locali (bar e ristoranti) nella zona effettuano chiusure serali molto presto.

Siamo stati benissimo, la camera era perfetta, le persone sempre cordiali e disponibili, la colazione molto fornita, abbiamo mangiato una sera soltanto al ristorante e non ci siamo lamentati, prezzi accettabili. Abbiamo anche avuto un passaggio fino alla stazione, ci Torneremo sicuramente.

Struttura con potenzialità, ma non gestita adeguatamente, trascurata… camera sulla piscina piccolissima, in due non ci si gira!… bagno cieco lillipuziano e maleodorante, gestione ristorante ( esterna pare, rispetto al resort) pessima, tempi d’attesa infiniti, piatti atipici , non toscani, scarsissima scelta, prezzi assurdi!… siamo stati a cena in un altro 4 stelle, vicinissimo , il Park hotel Marinetta: un’altra galassia!… non capisco chi abbia attribuito le 4 stelle all’hotel Bolgheri Marina: assurdo, inadeguato , sia nei servizi che nei prezzi. Da classificare a stento un 3 stelle, coi prezzi da 5 stelle. La spiaggia, condivisa con un campeggio vicino, non dispone neppure di una doccerà per i piedi né di una cabina per il cambio costume: occorre entrare nel campeggio , pagare 50 centesimi (!) per la doccia , e chiedere della cabina… insomma, un’esperienza da NON RIPETERE!!!!

Che dire..posto molto carino..subito all entrata capisci che è un ristorante di un certo livello..cmq non turistico..ti siedi e tra tovagliato ambiente arredamento e menù e carta dei vini hai avuto già le tue prime impressioni...inizia il servizio e subito cade tutto..soprattutto l entusiasmo...non per il cibo..che si sente è di ottima qualità...ma per il servizio..per farla breve ..in 13 ..abbiamo quasi mangiato uno alla volta...la media di 1 piatto o forse 2 a testa in quasi 2 ore.premetto nel locale circa 35/40 persone.. tra noi una persona allergica e dopo averlo specificato e sbagliato il piatto..portato subito con la correzione sbagliata anche questa....e tra qualche ordinazione sbagliata per concludere non sapevo che il pescato del giorno in Toscana fosse il salmone...PAOLO C.

Colazione per persone esterne inesistente, dopo 45 minuti di attesa ci siamo alzati e siamo venuti via, ok dare precedenza a quelli dell’albergo ma non considerarci affatto non lo accetto!!! Poco personale che gestisce il tutto. Peccato la struttura merita

Vergognosi. Non puoi offrire una cena, anche se a menù fisso, di una qualità cosi bassa. 25 euro letteralmente sono stati un furto per una pasta totalmente scotta, una rosticciana piena di grasso e come sorbetto un eccellente bicchierino di ghiaccio aromatizzato al limone. Il peggior posto degli ultimi 40 anni. È un dispiacere fare una recensione così, d'altra parte mi sento dopo anni di scriverlo per tutti i potenziali clienti
