Excellent stay at the Ricci hotel really courteous staff breakfast both sweet and savory very very good coffee and cappuccino made from the bar and not from the machines much appreciated private parking enviable position you are a stone's throw from the sea and the center strong point the garden with a lawn fantastic I definitely recommend staying in this hotel

Struttura situata in una buona posizione a due passi dal mare servita da personale preparato, cortese e molto reattivo nel risolvere le eventuali criticità. Camere spaziose e molto pulite con mobilio un po’ datato ma ben tenuto; letti confortevoli e climatizzazione efficiente con split in camera e telecomando in modo da avere la massima autonomia. Assortimento per colazione di buon livello, servizio ristorante con menù per mezza pensione e alla carta. Personale di sala garbato ed efficiente. Servizio spiaggia nella media.

Quello che è accaduto stamane con una prenotazione presso l’hotel Ricci di Marina di Grosseto. Questa è l’email che ho inviato all’hotel. “Sono qui a scrivere per un episodio veramente spiacevole accaduto in data odierna. Chiedo cortesemente che questa e-mail sia fatta leggere al direttore. Questa mattina intorno alle h. 13.00 mi è stato mandato un preventivo per una camera per 1 adulti e 2 bambini da confermare e pagare entro venerdì 11, si presume che quindi sia entro le h 24.00- Alle ore 15.00 chiamo per chiedere i dati per fare il bonifico e mi viene detto che la stanza è stata data via. È allucinante come possano accadere certe cose. Io so solo che una mamma con due bambini vengono trattati così male è impensabile. Non è possibile che per un errore di un dipendente poco preciso e non professionale ci debbano rimettere una mamma con i suoi due bambini che fra l’altro già stanno vivendo una situazione poco piacevole a casa a causa di una separazione ed ora devono essere trattati anche con snobbismo da quello che si dice di essere uno dei migliori alberghi di Marina di Grosseto. Vi ricordò che siamo anche dei Vostri clienti da anni. Non è proprio professionale un comportamento del genere”.

It was a magnificent, food and wine, historical, cultural and scenic journey in the Maremma. We visited small medieval villages and unforgettable archaeological sites.
The stay at the Hotel Ricci in Marina di Grosseto was simply wonderful (7 days). Perfect organization, very professional and courteous staff, excellent and very varied cuisine. A special thanks to all the staff. Excellent quality/price ratio.
We will return to the same hotel again to continue exploring the Maremma!

Bellissima vacanza di relax a due passi dal mare. Tutto il personale sempre gentile, disponibile e cortese. Consiglio la mezza pensione, perché la cucina é ottima e abbondante (consigliato il cannolo scomposto). Hotel carino, situato in ottima posizione, con servizio spiaggia compreso nella camera. Molto comoda la fornitura quotidiana degli asciugamani da spiaggia e per la piscina. Piacevole la possibilità di fare colazione o cenare (sia ristorante che pizzeria) nel bel giardino che circonda l’hotel. Utilissimo il parcheggio riservato ai clienti dell’hotel. Il personale è sempre stato molto disponibile e cordiale. Una bella vacanza e un hotel da tenere presente anche per una prossima occasione.

Hotel recently renovated and, as shown in the photo, everything seems very well looked after. It's a shame that there are some incomprehensible details, such as the LED *****s applied in the ceiling cuts of the corridors to the rooms without a minimum safety standard. It's a shame, because from the breakfast to the structure itself, it's worth it. When booking, we requested 2 rooms with single beds and 2 double rooms were ready upon arrival. Somehow they fixed it!!
