The hotel is a 1970s building that has not been completely modernised but functions perfectly well. The staff are friendly and efficient and the hotel is well cared for. The pool area is particularly attractive. Car parking can reach capacity but is needed because on street parking is charged 24 hours a day. The hotel is situated in a very pleasant neighbourhood.

Hotel molto grande e con fascino retrò che necessita di restyling anche se è perfettamente inserito nel contesto versiliano che ricorda bei tempi passati sul litorale omonimo. Il personale della reception è gentile e sorridente ed accoglie gli ospiti con competenza e simpatia mentre quello di sala, benché professionale, dovrebbe essere più allegro ed accogliente e non così serioso come lo abbiamo visto durante la colazione. Quest'ultima è una meraviglia: il buffet centrale presenta innumerevoli e buonissime leccornie dolci (una selezione di torte tutte divine) e salate, quello laterale ne offre altrettante (cornetti e mini cornetti, uova, ecc.) assieme a frutta fresca, dispenser di succhi e bottiglie di acqua; le bevande calde sono preparate al momento ed il cappuccino è davvero stellare! La nostra stanza nr. 107 era piuttosto ampia, con un bel balcone con vista posteriore sulla pineta, un bagno ampio con doccia comoda e funzionale ed un letto comodissimo con cuscini perfetti ma purtroppo la grande maleducazione di altri ospiti (soprattutto stranieri, che sia in tarda serata sia alle 5.30 del mattino vagavano nei corridoi parlando a voce altissima) ci ha impedito di riposare come su una nuvola. L'Hotel ha un bel giardino con piscina riscaldata per adulti e per bambini, campo da tennis in terra rossa che si trova nello stabilimento balneare di fronte alla struttura e varie convenzioni spiaggia. I prezzi sono piuttosto alti nella stagione estiva ma le 4 stelle e la zona incidono parecchio. Lo consigliamo per stare bene ed essere vicini sia a Viareggio sia a Forte dei Marmi.

I had a great stay, thank you to the hotel staff for this experience! Very clean, very helpful and friendly staff, great location, would stay again if I come to this part of Italy again. The arena around is also great for those wishing to try good Italian food!

Hotel davvero unico. Il personale è cordiale e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità, ti fanno sentire a casa. Le camere sono pulite, spaziose e ben arredate. Ristorante magnifico è dire poco, dalla colazione alla cena tutto perfetto. Martedì e venerdì sera c’è anche musica dal vivo durante cena. Tornerò sicuramente per le prossime vacanze.
