Pregevole accoglienza e cortesia. Appartamento ben curato e pulito. Dotato di tutti gli accessori e i confort necessari. Location in area tranquilla e vicinissima alla spiaggia e al centro di Marina di Ragusa. Esperienza da ripetere e suggerire

Appartamento carinissimo, curato e pulito. Ottima posizione vicino al centro ed al lungomare. Parcheggio libero proprio sotto l’appartamento. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibilI. Speriamo di ritornare in estate

Thank you! Everything was perfect. Great location and very clean. We would recommend to others and stay again if back in MdR. Our dog loved the large balcony :)) Only thing missing was maybe a small portion of coffee for the early morning - but we managed (next time we will just bring it). Many coffee shops around the corner tho ;) Grazie mille! -Tom

Ho trovato tutto in ordine e perfetto.. la posizione ottima , a 50 metri dal mare . Anche l Appartamento è completo in tutto. Ho fatto il check-in con Chiara.. che è stata gentilissima e disponibile.

Abbiamo alloggiato presso il CAPO SUD Residence Marina di Ragusa a settembre... Situato a 5 min dal centro con tanta possibilità di raggiungere le zone limitrofi compresa l'abitazione del commissario Montalbano. Alloggio molto grande ben tenuto. Davanti l'ingresso giardino con vasca idromassaggio molto intimo... Cucina fornita di tutto e consigliata anche per famiglie numerose con figli e per lunghi periodi. La titolare Chiara persona deliziosa, sempre pronta disponibile. Punti di forza disponibilità accoglienza pulizia e tanti sorrisi.... Che dire Grazie Chiara

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit und sind begeistert. Mirco hat sich super um alle Belange gekümmert. Die Wohnung war außerdem extrem sauber. Es gab eine Veranda mit Hollywoodschaukel, eine gute ausgestattete Küche.

The moment you step foot into the building, you immediately feel as if you’re at home since the layout is very welcoming and the place is kept in a super clean state. We were directly in contact and met Mirko in person - a great gentleman who was extremely helpful especially with tips as to which cafeteria had the best granita! Location-wise, it is very close to the sea (less than 5 mins walk) and close to the centre too! All rooms are airconditions and beds are very comfortable too. We highly recommend and Mirko will definitely be seeing us again shortly!
