We can’t rate the hotel because, when we arrived, we were told they were overbooked and they sent us to another hotel 2 blocks away.

Andavo spesso quando andavo a trovare mio figlio,per lavoro ho dovuto prolungare i pernotti....hotel caratteristico e di stile,gestito da 2 giovani ma ben preparati ragazzi,Laura e Michele...persone molto cordiali e molto alla mano...posto pulito e ordinato...consiglio vivamente di venire a pernottare per i vostri weekend o per le vostre vacanze.

L'hotel resta aperto anche in bassa stagione e si trova in posizione molto comoda, a pochi passi dal porticciolo turistico, dalla spiaggia e da locali, negozi e servizi. E' accogliente e arredato in modo semplice ma molto curato e originale. Il personale è gentile e accogliente e il fatto che non sia sempre presente in struttura non crea problemi, grazie a un'organizzazione funzionale. Le camere sono molto carine ma decisamente piccole. Io ad esempio avrei evitato il letto a baldacchino in uno spazio molto ridotto. La ristrutturazione non è ancora completata. Buona e varia la colazione. Buono anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Pensavo meglio... Diciamo che tre stelle sono esagerate.....Ottima posizione, centrale. Peccato per la stanza: manutenzione assente con perdita di acqua dalla doccia, attacco soffione staccato, WC che non era fissato ( o meglio staccato dal pavimento) ; la doccia all'interno era completamente ammuffita (nera sulle parti di silicone e gesso). La camera appariva pitturata di recente ma peccato che il soffitto era completamente ingiallito..... La TV in stanza piccolissima. La nota positiva è la colazione che era nella media di un Hotel a tre stelle, con un salone abbastanza bello che dava sulla piazza. La pulizia ( a parte il nero nella doccia) appariva buona.

Seven women heading in a cruise, sailing from Ravenna (Venice), so we booked this hotel the night before. Cute hotel, very central & clean. Staff are amazing & breakfast was good also. Would highly recommend if looking fir a stop over before cruising.

Camera ancora da finire con porta del bagno mancante. ore 24.00 arrivo di gruppo di ragazzini che urlano e sbattono porte, picchiano su muri e svegliano tutti. Mancanza d'intervento e di interesse (non vi è nessun responsabile nella struttura, si accede con codice) Colazione che dovrebbe cominciare alle 8.00 pronta a 8.40. Macedonia con odore di muffa... Pc della reception per ricevuta ancora spento alle 9.00 e quindi attesa che questo sia pronto e pagato 120.00 € notte e colazione...Hotel DA EVITARE

Una piacevole scoperta a Marina di Ravenna durante il week end dei santi. Posizione ottima centrale davanti al porto. Dotato di tutti confort con una buona colazione anche se non è stata di egual quantità e scelta il 2° giorno. Camera nuova e pulita, molto funzionale con terrazzino panoramico. Il personale molto ridotto in virtù, credo, della riduzione dei costi. Nonostante questo niente è mancato.

Hotel in ottima posizione, in pieno centro di Marina di Ravenna. La stanza “superior” che ci hanno dato era piccola e con un balconcino che affacciava verso un altra palazzina. Il soffitto era scrostato e macchiato, il pavimento sporco, la doccia ammuffita con saliscendi rotto, asse del water rotto. Alle mie lamentele la direzione ha risposto che non potevo pretendere di più da un albergo degli anni 60 ristrutturato (!). Il tutto per € 110… Mi sa che non ci tornerò!!!
