Pessimo atendimento. Profissional de recepção despreparada. Temho um filho autista e solicitei que liberasse o cartão de acesso ao quarto para que ele pudesse ficar calmo, que eu ficaria fazendo o restante do procedimento de check-in. Além de ignorar meu pedido, foi irônica e ignorou a legislacao que prevê atendimento prioritário, me expondo diante de outros hóspedes que estavam no balcão.

Péssimo atendimento. Cancelaram a reserva sem aviso prévio, fizeram um casal ter que rodar pela cidade buscando outro hotel a meia noite. Alegaram que não tinham vagas, mas se eu entrasse no site na hora pra fazer uma nova reserva estava liberado sem restrições. Total falta de respeito com o cliente. Uma espelunca total.
