Hotel é muito bom, café da manhã muito bom também, o hotel tem o prédio antigo e alguns moveis também, mas não deixou a desejar, funcionários prestativos, não tivemos problemas. Ar condicionado e chuveiro bom, cama também foi boa.

Há 30 anos hospedava-me neste hotel com bastante frequência. Era um dos melhores de Maringá. Infelizmente, não é mais. Nem de longe. Decaiu demais. Hoje é um hotel velho e mal cuidado. Parece que de 30 anos p/ cá não passou por sequer nenhuma obra de conservação, muito menos de revitalização. O filtro do ar condicionado do apartamento onde fiquei não deve ter sido limpo desde o dia da instalação, sabe-se lá quando. A porta de vidro do box não fecha completamente, mas, também não fica aberta. A ducha de banho foi entupindo com o decorrer dos anos e jamais foi limpa. Sabe aquele zinabre (um tipo de ferrugem esverdeada que fica encrustada no metal e vai se acumulando com o passar do tempo)? Então, estava assim! A pressão da água é boa, mas, até isso é ruim pq ela sai por todos os lados, inclusive por trás, formando um "chafariz" que molha todo o banheiro. Ah! Tem duas coisas que eles mantiveram e que me fizeram lembrar de quando eu me hospedava lá há mais de 30 anos: as toalhas e as torneiras! O assento sanitário também deixa a desejar. É daquele tipo de plástico soprado da pior qualidade que vai rachando e "belisca" a coxa e as nádegas do infeliz usuário! :/

O atendimento foi excepcional! Todos sempre sorridentes, amigáveis, solícitos. O quarto estava limpinho! Banheiro ótimo também. A localização também é ótima. Conseguimos ir a pé ao shopping Palladium e à praça da catedral.

Pessima! Não tinha cama para minha filha e tivemos que dormir em 3 em uma cama pequena de casal.. fiquei bem triste com a situação e no dia não tinha mais nenhuma opção por perto e também já tinha sido pago.

Infelizmente a estrutura do hotel está precária, móveis quebrados, paredes manchadas, banheiro com limo nos rejuntes, lâmpadas queimadas, limpeza do quarto e corredores longe do ideal. O que salva é o bom atendimento dos funcionários, todos muito cordiais e prestativos, o café da manhã e refeições do restaurante são ótimas, uma pena a infraestrutura em estado de abandono, no passado deve ter sido um ótimo hotel, a localização é ótima, o estacionamento ruim, apertado e é cobrado a parte. Outro detalhe ruim é que a partir das 19:00 os primeiros andares são tomados pelo cheiro de gordura que as coifas e exaustores provavelmente deficientes não dão conta de dissipar.
