Excellent staffing, great stay, right next to La Vela Mall, great location. Hotel is rebuilding process which is great for days to come. Great breakfast which is included with the room cost.

The only good thing about this Hotel is the location and proximity to La Vela Mall. We had the worst time. To start, they have different rooms for normal guests than RCI guests (the worst ones for the RCI). The beds were very uncomfortable. We stayed in two bedrooms and we found cockroaches in the bathroom in both rooms and in several occasions. The kitchen wasn't equipped. The pool damaged our bathing suits. We traveled with a 3 year old and they kept the music in the pool area very loud and until late at night.

Definitely got more than I paid for. Friendly staff, good food, good drinks, and nice views. Location is ideal as well if you want to go shopping or eating out.
