Posto molto bello in una location suggestiva proprio sul lago di Castel Gandolfo.Personale gentilissimo,camere moderne e pulite,ottima colazione.Ci siamo trovati benissimo e torneremo sicuramente quando saremo da queste parti.Vicino a tanti luoghi d’interesse.

La struttura si trova in posizione strategica per visitare i vari comuni facenti parte dei Castelli Romani. Il personale è cordiale e attento alle necessità del cliente, infatti nella stanza che era stata inizialmente assegnata abbiamo avuto problemi con la doccia. Non solo ci hanno fornito assistenza immediata, ma l'indomani hanno provveduto a cambiarci di stanza. La prima camera era molto spaziosa e silenziosa, anche se l'armadio necessitava di una grossa manutenzione e la ventola del bagno ogni tanto si bloccava nell'aspirazione. La stanza sostitutiva era più piccina e decisamente meno silenziosa. Godeva di un affaccio sul lago: peccato non poterne godere, in quanto la finestra si trova sul ballatoio d'accesso alle altre camere, per cui se tieni aperta la tapparella addio privacy: il vetro potrebbe/dovrebbe essere a specchio (dall'interno guardo fuori, ma da fuori nessuno guarda dentro 😉 )!

Comfortable stay, as expected. The unpleasant surprise: structure with many stairs without lift, only goods lifts for service use. Paid parking and not free as advertised on the sites

We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff which is a great start. Large room, despite being the basic type, clean and well furnished. Possibility of internal paid parking (€10.00 per night). Breathtaking view of the lake, with Ariccia and its Palazzo Chigi clearly visible in the background. A stone's throw from Castel Gandolfo.

Beautiful and very welcoming room with terrace overlooking the lake. A very romantic context. Free parking on site. Excellent breakfast in a panoramic and elegant room. Friendly and helpful staff. If I were to find myself in the area I would not hesitate to choose this magical place again. Recommended 🔝

I stayed in this wonderful structure over the All Saints weekend. Despite the weather conditions, the charm of the structure, the courtesy of the staff and the excellent food made my stay wonderful. It is located a very short distance from Castel Gandolfo and enjoys a breathtaking view on Lake Albano. The welcoming, spacious and pleasantly heated, very elegant room with comfortable mattresses and a real feather pillow that facilitated rest. The breakfast was excellent and well assorted, but the highlight was the dinner served with food of excellent quality. An ideal place to relax even for a short escape from the chaos of the city and work stress. Furthermore, being welcomed by kind and courteous staff who are attentive to every customer request CAN ONLY MAKE YOUR STAY EVEN MORE PLEASANT. Hats off to Alessandra and the director. We will return

Die tolle Sicht auf den See und auf die Ferienresidenz des Papstes war wohl das Beste, was uns hier angeboten wurde. Die Hausherrin war freundlich und hat sich bemüht, unseren (aus unserer Sicht bescheidenen) Wünschen nachzukommen. Unsere Ankunft scheint die Hausherrin etwas überrascht zu haben. Sie konnte uns im kleinen Areal des Country-Hauses einen letzten Parkplatz zuweisen, der jedoch eine vorgängige Umparkierung anderer Fahrzeuge erforderte. Wir hatten ein Apartment mit Seeblick und 2 Terrassen gebucht, was uns wichtig war, um zwischendurch auch mal im Bademantel draussen eine Zigarette rauchen zu können. Wir wurden jedoch in ein Standardzimmer mit Gemeinschaftsterrasse geführt. In diesem Raum fühlten wir uns wie in einem Schaufenster ausgestellt, da von aussen her jeglicher Einblick ins Zimmer offen war, ausser bei geschlossenen Vorhängen. Wir wurden darüber orientiert, dass die Zimmer mit zwei Terrassen nicht zur Verfügung stünden, da sie im Moment "geschlossen" seien. Daher wurde uns zu einem erheblichen Aufpreis eine kleine Suite angeboten, die - nebst einer von uns nicht gewünschten Whirlpool-Badewanne - über eine kleine sichtgeschützte Terrasse verfügt. Auch mit dieser Suite waren wir nicht wirklich glücklich: Im Innern gab es keinen Tisch und - ausser einem Sitzsack - auch keine Stühle. Die Dusche war mit einem (belebten) Spinnennetz ausgestattet, und einer der Schaukelsitze auf der Terrasse war noch mit Haaren des Vorgängers belegt. Offenbar gibt es keine Möglichkeit, das Nachtessen im Country-House einzunehmen. Dafür wurde uns ein Lokal am See empfohlen und auch eine entsprechende Reservation vorgenommen. Zu diesem Restaurant möchten wir uns an dieser Stelle nicht äussern. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr enttäuscht. Wir erhielten - nach längerer Wartezeit - 4 kleine süsse Backwaren mit Kaffe. Das Besteck (Messer und Löffel) war aus metallfarbigem Kunststoff und sichtlich schon mehrmals wiederverwendet worden. Sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Erst auf unsere explizite Nachfrage nach einem kontinentalen Frühstück wurden uns Brot und Aufschnitt gebracht. Die meisten unserer Hotelbuchungen können wir glücklicherweise mit 9 oder 10 Punkten bewerten. Dieses Mal leider nicht...
