I only stayed overnight for work reasons therefore I did not use the facility's services. Friendly staff and very clean environment.

I played golf nearby and had to go to Ciampino Airport the next morning, so I chose this hotel close to the airport! I stayed last night with my wife. I point out the completely empty fridge and the lack of a minimal breakfast at 9.30 in the morning. I asked for a stick of butter and was told it was out. Dilapidated structure starting from the exterior and ending with the interior... 80's furniture but in a terrible state... terrible room cleanliness, there was dust up to the attic... bathroom in a pitiful state and ventilator not working... fridge non-existent bar there was only the storage compartment... double room adapted to quadruple with 2 single beds and 2 joined... scandalous for the price paid in a 4 star... yes, it's not worth 2 stars and I did a compliment. This is not even a one-star hotel! First, it is about 40 KM far from the Fiumicino airport and 20 KM away from Rome. There is no train or bus passing there. The nearest market which is in a gas station and the nearest cafe/restaurant is about 20 minutes walk from the hotel. The few staff doesn't know English. The rooms are terrible. No bars, no kettle, no tea not even drinking water, no slippers. Everything is old and rusted. The ceiling leaks. There is no kitchen in the hotel so breakfast is nothing except the cakes and croissants bought from outside and machined coffee and tea. The behavior of the staff while breakfast is awful.

we paid for the room by bank transfer and in cash at the hotel due to a misunderstanding and we are not getting our money back! unacceptable!crooks! don't ever go to this hotel ! tragic from the rooms to the staff
