Stayed for a night while in town for a cheer competition. Room had an egg smell...maybe from the breakfast? But it was fine when I returned to the room in the evening. It was clean. The bed comfy. Easy check in. Wifi works. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We enjoy staying at this location when we go visit family. Room was good, but could have used a good deep cleaning. Overall a well kept property and the staff is always helpful and kind.

This hotel is relatively new and it is very nice. Very bright and safe inside (although the outside could use a but more lighting). The rooms are modern and clean. The toiletries were very good quality! The breakfast is plentiful and fresh. I think this is by far the best option in Marion.

This hotel is nice, modern, and potentially comfortable. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was tasty and varied. We have 2 complaints, and these could have been the fault of a single housekeeper, but they certainly made our stay less pleasant. When we arrived at our room on a December night, the heat was off and it was 57 degrees. Every surface of the room was so cold, especially the bed. We have since learned that this is not their policy—rooms are to be kept at 68 degrees—so someone messed up. Another housekeeping issue was that although we received clean towels on the second day, they failed to make our bed, and the manager said they should have done that. The manager and head of housekeeping took our concerns seriously and were very professional, but that cold room was really uncomfortable.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and the hotel is nice and clean, however, both times I was told no late checkout. As a Diamond Elite member, I would have expected more. The most recent time, I was told "no late checkouts, we have 50 rooms to clean"... So 50 rooms all cleaned in the first hour after checkout? Nah, just too lazy to manage late checkouts.

I've stayed at this property twice. First on business; the second with family for an event and the accommodations continue to be great. Clean, comfortable rooms; well stocked bathrooms; great beds; cozy lobby with all of your business and breakfast needs available. If I'm back in Marion, this will be my go to!
