Well for starting when I got there, the air conditioner didn’t work in my original room. They switch me to a different room so by the time that I had been switched and everything moved upstairs, I was so exhausted I they gave me one bed and a pullout couch IWell for starting when I got there, they air conditioner didn’t work in my original room. They switch me to a different room so by the time that I had been switched and everything moved upstairs, I was so exhausted I they gave me one bed and a pullout couch I played for two beds, and, then the hot tub was down and I was not made aware of this online or in the establishment. Nobody even said anything at the time of check whole point of getting a hotel room was for the hot tub. There was no extra linens for the pullout couch, and the staff at the desk was very very rude.

Bathtub was dirty we did not use. Bed was clean so we stayed as it was late and didn’t want to deal with getting another hotel. Grounds were trashy. No coffee pot or blow dryer.
Will not come back.

Horrible experience. Dirty sheets, very sketchy place. We were traveling home, trying to keep costs down. Really should've gone to a different place.

The staff was friendly and nice. The property was in rough shape. The parking was full of trash. Everything worked hot water and wifi but the place was neglected. No screens withwindows left open, broken trim dirt and grime scratched dirty furniture. There was a pool but hot tub was drained. Residents were fighting at night and running around the halls. Several roaches spotted in the stairwells. Breakfast was okay but very few choices missing any fruit or juice. Only waffles biscuit toast and cereal and only coffee to drink. This hotel could be improved if some minimal maintenance and cleaning. the sheets were clean but nothing else was mattresses were dirty and cigarette holes in the comforter . The hallway carpets had huge stains.

There was a mouse in my room. A roach in the bathroom, burn holes every where. The room smelled terrible, and i got no sleep be ause the neighbors were screaming and slamming doors all night!!!
