Staffs for check in and check out are very nice and friendly. Even though breakfast is almost the same every day, I have what I want such as coffee, eggs, bread and fruits. The buffet area is clean and the food is fresh.

I had a studio room at towneplace with a king bed and a sofa bed. However, the sofa bed is way too old for use with human! You can feel the steel springs just by touching the surface. It can't hold even the weight of a child. They hotel then sent up a roller bed whose mattress is just as dated and unusesable as the sofa bed's. I then suggested that they look for a firmer mattress without springs. They managed to bring one way bigger than the roller bed frame can hold. We had no choice but used it for 4 nights but that unfortunately took up most space in the studio living hall. The hotel room is in general old but very clean! Having said that, the breakfast is fantastic with lots of hot and fresh choices. Veggie patties or burgers are a heartwarming consideration for vegetarian. The breakfast attendant named Vivek is exceptionally helpful and cheerful. His level of service is only seen in fine-dining restaurants! 👍 Thumbs up!

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The location of the hotel is great and is close to a few large supermarkets and malls with less than 10 - 15 mins drive, such as the T&T Supermarket and the Pacific Mall. The room is equipped with kitchen setup that we have cooked our meals during our stays. There is also a Peking duck restaurant located at the ground floor of the hotel which is nice and tasty.

very convenient location for business travellers, and close to major east end highways. Be sure to visit "old Main St." in nearby Unionville for a relaxing stroll and lots of good dining

Excellent stay! This room had a full kitchen stocked with many amenities. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great! Service was fast.we asked for extra towels and they brought the in under 10 minutes. Would recommend staying here!

Great hotel with every amenity. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Best customer service I have seen in years.

Very clean hotel, good accommodation and great location for our family 2 nights stay. Good fitness facilities. Lots of restaurants close by, comfy bed and lots of parking. We recommend this hotel location and will stay again in the future.
