Comfort Inn - Toronto Northeast

We booked a room for 3 people and was given the bed linen to make our own bed and the bedsheets were not replaced properly when the room was tidied. Tissues not replaced when emptied. The breakfast was decent though the dinning area was a bit cramped. The location was good and convenient to get to nearby malls.

We highly recommend this Comfort Inn. We stayed overnight at this motel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms were clean and well equipped (see photos on the motel's website for included amenities). The room AC could be controlled easily for comfort. The complimentary breakfast was quite good, with a variety of foods available (cereals, waffles, scrambled eggs/sausages, bread, English muffins, coffee, tea, regular muffins, etc.). Enjoyed the stay at this motel. If we visit Toronto in the future, we will definitely reserve a room again at this venue.

The rooms are too small and the furniture is overdue to be replaced. The bathroom was remodeled and good except for the toilet seat. It was undersized and flimsy. (Must have picked it up at one on the cheap China import stores.) There was a musty odor to the room. The complimentary breakfast was good and the high point of our stay.

The hotel was comfortable, clean and close to everything. The staff were friendly and the manager was on duty when we checked in. He was very kind and accommodating, which meant a lot to me as I was traveling with elderly disabled parents and a young child. He allowed us to check in early (which was great because my parents were tired and baby fussy) and put us on the first floor which was great as my parents can't do stairs (no elevator on premises). The pool was nice and clean and the hotel was fairly quiet. The hot breakfast was enjoyable and they brought fresh towels to my door only a few mins after I xalled front desk for them. I hope to return again and stay at this hotel. It's no wonder it is sold out most days in the summer.

We stayed twice and everything went well the first time with Nathan, whom I believe is the manager. The second check-in was really unpleasant and was about to give a low *. However, Nathan fixed everything and went above and beyond. The property itself is affordable and the overall experience is fitting for the price. There's a slight smoke smell as people tend to smoke outside. Recommended if you are in the Markham area. Costco ans Dragon Legend is accross the street.
