Very satisfied with the hotel, the location is excellent, and the hotel service staff are very friendly, especially the restaurant manager Hulya, a Turkish girl.

Don't use the car park at this hotel. The hotel is is in partnership with an aggressive and opportunist company called UK Parking Control Ltd. While having a family dinner in the hotel restaurant our car was ticketed . We have been harassed for inordinate charges with court judgements etc since then. What the hell is a good hotel doing allowing this to happen.

The location and surrounding area is first class.The rooms on the other hand are not.Booked a luxury room to visit our daughter who lives in Marlow for my wifes birthday.Room 17 was our 1st room which was awful.Cracked ceilings that had filler wiped over them and not sanded or painted.Carpet was filthy and room generally very very tired.Moved to another room,number 23.This room was cleaner but again very very tired.Soo disappointing as looks lovely from the outside.Adjacent Indian restaurant average but found a fabulous restaurant/bar called The Oarsman which served great food with a great atmosphere and staff.This hotel does not offer value for money and we have stayed in far better hotels for less money.Will we go again,definitely not.

Wonderful set lunch experience Vincenzo and Om were our waiters, attentive, knowledgeable and overall made it an exceptional memorable experience. Food was lovely with ample choice, presentation aesthetic and the restaurant and view magnificent

Fabulous lunch today in the restaurant. The food was very good indeed cooked by chef Shaun. Our waiter OM was very attentive ensuring we had a great experience.
