Après l'effervescence et le brouhaha des souks et de la place Djelmaa El fna, quel bonheur de se retrouver dans un Havre de paix ou l'accueil de Othman et son équipe est égal à leur sourire généreux. De bons conseils, tout est fait pour notre bien-être La suite royale est une aude au charme marocain. Exceptionnelle 🤩 Petit déjeuner excellent avec des produits de qualité Nous reviendrons

We arrived after experiencing Ryanairs immaculate handling of losing 75% of the luggage on board our flight from Birmingham. Caseless we were greeted by Ottoman and his team including Aziz who were more than helpful and set about sending out for toothbrushss and toothpaste together with any other items we needed as the case eventually turned up 3 days later at the airport Ottoman and his staff make sure you are comfortable and any requests seen to with a friendly approach where they arrange taxis and excursions with no fuss Our room was large and although needing a few tweaks was very good during our stay The breakfast consists of fruit croissonts and breads freshly made tea and coffee to start your day The pool area washes away any stress you may have encountered getting there Probably the best pool area we have been to no loud music plenty of sunbeds including towels The property is beautifully decorated with Moroccan design and features a small bar area serving drinks and snacks throuhout the day We would highly recommend this property to any travellers Good luck to Otterman Aziz and his staff also the kittens Michael and Karen

The riad’s decor felt like a luxurious Moroccan dream, with our room featuring stunning details that created a serene atmosphere.The pool area was perfect for unwinding after our journey. A special thanks to Othman and the amazing staff for their exceptional care and attention!The freshly prepared Moroccan cuisine was absolutely fantastic—each meal was a delightful culinary experience.I highly recommend Riad Pallais ElMirra for a perfect getaway. Nous rentrons tout juste de Marrakech et il me tient à coeur de laisser un avis sur le Palais El Miria. Je le recommande à 1000% et y retournerai les yeux fermés ! Situé à 7 kms du centre, c'est un atout. Un véritable hâvre de paix ! Vous serez cocoonez par toute l'équipe. Le cadre est juste magnifique, le décor oriental est raffiné et chic . Tout y calme et paisible et fait pour que vous vous reposiez. L'équipe est juste incroyable de gentillesse et de jolies attentions. Tout sera fait pour que vous passiez un agréable séjour. Flexibilité, adaptabilité, hospitalité du personnel qui saura répondre à toutes vos demandes et vous aiguiller. Les chambres, l'espace bien être sont magnifiques. Le jardin et la piscine entretenus avec soin. Merci à Othman pour tous ses conseils et le sauvetage de notre portefeuille / téléphone laissé dans un taxi. Merci à Saiid au restaurant et à tout le personnel. On a tout adoré.

Le personnel est gentil et le Riad paisible car il ne compte qu’une dizaine de chambres. Moments de quiétude assurés. Très bonne cuisine locale au Riad. Magnifique piscine qui permet de faire des longueurs. Service de taxi proposé par le Riad.

Well what can I say, from arriving totally accommodating to myself and the wife the owners went out of there way to help in everything, the hotel was spotless and the pool was amazing, the food was great and even served alcohol. Will definitely go back there thanks to the owners and staff for a great experience.

We had a wonderful stay here, the staff are charming and so attentive~ nothing is too much trouble. The family rooms and suites are beautiful. A half board often is available and they let you choose lunch or dinner. It is further out of the city but the location is calm and peaceful and the hotel will arrange a taxi for you at a very reasonable price. Thoroughly recommend. Thank you Hamza and Ottoman for a very special visit.
