我是一個人去的因為有潛水行程，酒店很美，服務真的超好，記得我的名字，還記得我喜歡吃的早餐雞蛋的做法，每個人都很友好，我都沒有給小費，房間裏的毛巾也折成了可愛的小動物，我住了三晚都捨不得離開，我可能是當時入住的唯一亞洲面孔，每天的自助餐也很美味。

酒店餐廳服務非常好，人員很熱情，飯菜也是我在埃及的這些酒店中覺得最好吃。但前台服務感覺太死板，不夠靈活。當時我抵達酒店已經是下午五點，我定的房間是基礎房，因為是2大2小，所以説這個房型不能入住，要我取消訂單，重新下單家庭房。我問能否直接補差價，升級房型，告知不可以！衹好找攜程客服，取消訂單，重新下單，這樣一折騰，直到6:30我們才入住。要知道，當天我是逛完帝王谷和哈布城後，直接從盧克索包車過來的，已經在車上坐了5個小時了…重新定了家庭房，另外繳了一百多美金的税費，第二天又打電話叫我補交25美金。通過翻譯軟件交流，説這筆25美金是因為我的房費不是直接付款給他們的，所以他們從平台收取房費時，還會產生25美金手續費用，這樣需要我承擔..好吧，我又補交，不明白為什麼昨天不一次性收取？攜程服務是真的好，必須贊一個，我打電話過去迅速響應，幫我處理，還給我補了差價！

Everything was perfect! The service is top notch, the food is tasty special in a la carte restaurants. The beach is great! also I love the pool area … the room is big and clean everyday! The beverages are everywhere anytime😍 All thanks for all the smiley staff!

Wundervolles Hotel, super Service, super guy Maged at the reception . Sehr gutes Essen, excellente 5 Stern Padi Tauchschule. Rundum perfekter Urlaub. Alle sehr freundlich. Personal toll, nicht aufdringlich. Die beste Massage ever by Anna. Toller türkis Strand mit Schildkröten und Dugong.

Visited this amazing hotel very beautiful hotel is clean and super spacious food and beverage excellent always fresh and lots of variety entertainment very good available if you want to join or there are lots of places where you can relax staff always smiling and very professional excellent staff training is apparent in this hotel. This speaks volumes as all staff are so polite and friendly and professional The food and beverage Director Mr Khalaf is always available and around to over see any issues or answer any questions. He and his staff always say hello with beautiful smiles Mr khalaf and his team are a credit to this hotel I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have an amazing holiday

Sehr sauberes Haus, mit einem schönen Blick in die Bucht. Sehr gutes Essen, Angebot ist vielfältig. Room Boy Mahmoud hat das Zimmer hygienisch gereinigt und sehr schön dekoriert. Der Sand vom Boden, wurde ständig weg gewischt. Auch der Strand Service ist sehr gut.
