The white food was very rich, but not suitable for Chinese stomachs. The desserts were delicious. The waiters may think that we Chinese people don't speak English very well, so they don't talk much or take the initiative to serve, except for the staff on the beach. An episode was that I booked the Asian restaurant next door at the front desk on the first day I arrived, but I was not told until the evening of the second day that I didn't book it, and the time was changed from 6:30 to 7:30. Then I went through a lot of trouble to find this Asian restaurant, and was told by another hotel river? (new hotel suggested booking this, good service and took the initiative to send me) back to the front desk. After I was a little angry, the front desk used a battery car to send me back and forth. The battery car took a long time to drive, and it was so far that they told me that I could walk to the beach, and they didn't provide a map. I wondered if they couldn't take the initiative to send me there at the beginning. I also gave all the tips I should give. I think it is also possible that too many compatriots don't tip, so they are too lazy to serve. What's worse is that the manager of Jaz amara Asian restaurant had a smirk from the moment I entered the door. He looked like he didn't want to answer anything. I wanted to curse him in the restaurant. This Asian restaurant has the worst service in Egypt in 2 weeks. I want to say to the manager, "Be happier in your work, OK?" The 2 stars for service are mainly for the front desk and this Asian restaurant.

Very good, highly recommended. At first we went to another hotel, Gemma, which had a rating of 9.5 on other platforms. On the third day, we moved to Iberotel. From hotel facilities to catering to service, it was completely beaten. The fruit juices were all very fresh, the food was also rich, and Chinese people could eat it. There were two restaurants that required reservations one day in advance and we didn't eat there, but the food in the main restaurant and bar was pretty good. We also caught up with dugongs on the hotel beach. We went to the beach at 8 o'clock in the morning, and then told the beach boy to call us when the dugong came. Dugongs can come to eat grass four, five or six times a day. We saw them come three or four times in the morning. After the end, we gave the beach boy a little tip. Because I can't swim, I took the lifeguard's swimming ring out. Remember to go to the diviing center in advance to rent a mask, snorkel and fins. Then squat on the beach, facing the rightmost seashore of the beach, there is a beautiful coral reef in the area where your feet can step. It is especially suitable for snorkeling for those who can't swim.

The hotel restaurant service is very good, the staff is very enthusiastic, and the food is the best I think among these hotels in Egypt. But the front desk service feels too rigid and not flexible enough. When I arrived at the hotel, it was already 5 pm. The room I booked was a basic room. Because there were 2 adults and 2 children, they said that this room type could not be accommodated, so I had to cancel the order and re-order a family room. I asked if I could directly make up the price difference and upgrade the room type, but I was told that it was not possible! I had to find Ctrip customer service, cancel the order, and re-order. After all this trouble, we didn't check in until 6:30. You know, I came directly from Luxor by charter after visiting the Valley of the Kings and Habu City that day. I had been in the car for 5 hours... I re-booked a family room and paid more than 100 US dollars in taxes. The next day, they called me to pay an additional 25 US dollars. Through the translation software, they said that the 25 US dollars was because my room fee was not paid directly to them, so when they collected the room fee from the platform, they would also incur a 25 US dollar handling fee, which I had to bear... Well, I paid it again, and I don’t understand why it was not collected all at once yesterday? Ctrip's service is really good, I have to give it a thumbs up. I called them and they responded quickly, helped me handle it, and even compensated me for the price difference!
