Ci possiamo definire ospiti abituali del Delfino, ci soggiorno regolarmente per lavoro e in estate ci porto la famiglia al completo. Noi ci troviamo sempre bene, non avrei comunque scritto una recensione se non avessi letto un paio di commenti negativi che definirei "assurdi" Se potessi scrivere in libertà su TripAdvisor, quello che significa soggiornare contemporaneamente con studenti, significherebbe scoperchiare un mondo giovanile fatto di cattiveria, vendette e insane capacità intellettuali. Non lo faccio nei particolari perché non basterebbe un tomo da 1.000 pagine: abbiamo assistito a scene che mai immaginavamo di vedere, tutto questo sotto gli occhi terrorizzati di impotenti degli insegnanti. Capricci puri, sicuramente coltivati nel terreno fertile di genitori incapaci. Cari genitori, voi che mandate i vostri figli in gita scolastica, ma siete proprio sicuri che stiano calmi e tranquilli per imparare qualcosa e che invece non sia qualcos'altro? Comunque massima solidarietà al personale del Delfino, sempre cortese e soprattutto paziente. Noi torneremo come sempre

Lo schifo più totale, letti sporchi,capelli sui cuscini, sotto il letto non ne parliamo nemmeno, coperte piene di polvere, bagno piccolo e porta che sbatte al bidet. L’acqua del lavandino e del bidet se aperti con poca attenzione si rischia di allagare il bagno, sotto i letti è presente della muffa e come tocco finale ho trovato una blatta gigante

Mio figlio e' andato in gita con la scuola ed e' rimasto traumatizzato .Camere sporchissime con ragni sotto il letto e ragnatele ovunque,pulizia camere deludente e millepiedi morti ovunque,cibo immangiabile e senza sapore....mai piu'

Bellissima esperienza. Staff professionale, camere pulite e piscine ben curate. Abbiamo scelto la formula all inclusive, ho preso un paio di chili! Si mangia benissimo. Una nota particolare al direttore. Una persona veramente speciale.

When we did get a room after looking at three is was right at the rear of the hotel. The other rooms were poor one star if you wore rose tinted glasses. The room we ended up with was in an apartment block it was airy and clean nice bathroom. When we stayed there was a problem with the electrics and at 3:30 each morning the doors woolly open and the emergency lights would come on. This problem was solved after three nights of our early alarm call. Because it was end of season the management moved us to the main building for our third and final weeks stay. Well what a let down. Small rooms not well appointed and no double bed just two singles pushes together To add insult to injury the management decided to switch the ac off. The problem with this was we were working a week of nights so yes it’s nice and cold at night but still 24 plus during the day. Breakfast was of a very poor quality and not warm for hot items and cold item warm. Staff were very helpful in every area of operation

Struttura grande e ben tenuta, camere grandi e dotate di tutti i comfort, ristorazione eccellente con porzioni self service e cibo di ottima qualità, due piscine di cui una per bambini con l'acqua bassissima e un altra piuttosto piccola, il lido è a pagamento a meno che non si abbia la tessera club (€15 al giorno) ma nell'alternativa un po' più avanti si trova un tratto di spiaggia libera. Acqua però molto fredda ma cristallina anche se un giorno solo c'erano un pochino di meduse ma niente di troppo eccessivo. Animazione inesistente per la fascia dagli 8 ai 12 anni che vengobo messi insieme ai bambini di 4 anni a disegnare e naturalmente si rifiutano. Per gli adulti ci provavano ma erano troppo ripetitivi. Pulizia eccellente ed effettuata rapidamente. Nel complesso la struttura era bella ma l'animazione ha stonato il tutto

Acqua del mare paradisiaca, spiaggia bellissima e curata, ottimo cibo abbondante, le piscine bellissime e le camere grandi e spaziose, la struttura è veramente bella grande ma compatta. L’animazione veramente bravi ma certe volte un po’ pesanti, ps il mare merita tantissimo soprattutto quando si fanno le escursioni a Favignana, è stata una vacanza bellissima

Cosa ti aspetti quando, nell’unica settimana di ferie, prenoti un hotel 4 stelle? Noi non Ci aspettavamo di certo di trovare una struttura del genere. A partire dalla camera, veramente brutta con un bagno che aveva come box doccia una porta a soffietto di plastica. Scarsa la pulizia, ragnatele ovunque, persino nei luoghi in comune. Muri gonfi di umidità con toppe posticce ancora fresche al nostro ingresso. Organizzazione pessima anche per quanto riguarda i pasti. Cibo di qualità mediocre riproposto per giorni sotto diverse forme. Ho pagato profumatamente una struttura che di stelle dovrebbe averne DUE. E con questa recensione sono stata buona.

Pessima esperienza, dalla pulizia all’organizzazione, a finire al personale. Le piscine sono aperte dalle 9 alle 13 ( già alle 12:30 chiudono gli ombrelloni e ti mandano) il ristorante apre alle 13 ( siamo stati un giorno 400 persone dietro la porta ad aspettare fino alle 13:15) dato che la piscina chiude prima dell’una e il ristorante apre dopo luna ti costringono ad ammassarti davanti il ristorante poiché fuori fa caldo. Cibo cucinato oggi è riutilizzato domani è anche dopodomani. Attenzione a reclamare ogni difetto della stanza subito perché non appena ve ne andate vi affossano la colpa e dovrete pagare i danni.. forse l’unico hotel in cui non andrei mai più a soggiornare.. non vale proprio 4 stelle !
