Hôtel très sympa, restaurant pratique et rapide (ne pas hésiter à réserver une table en même temps que la chambre), petit déjeuner bien garni. Points négatifs de la chambre: absence de clim (ou clim défectueuse) il faisait mourant de chaud alors que nous étions avec un bébé. Et les parois sont très fines, nous entendions nos voisins et tous les gens qui passent dans le couloir. Hormis cela, la chambre était très correcte.

Accueil froid et impersonnel. L’établissement n’est pas soigné et a un air de délabré. Dans la chambre nous fûmes accueilli par une odeur de moisi. Il n’y a que 25 cm entre le lit et le mur à droite. Le matelas est en mousse et le moindre geste fait sursauter le conjoint. Les draps du canapé-lit sont peu accueillants. Le réceptionniste a eu la gentillesse de nous trouver une autre chambre à deux lits. Quant au petit-déjeuner, c’est du vol. 19€ pour une qualité inférieure et un choix minable. Nous avons déjà eu beaucoup mieux pour moins cher. De retour dans la chambre, après le petit-déjeuner, un technicien est entré dans notre chambre (il a frappé à la porte et est entré sans attendre que nous lui ouvrions) pour un soit-disant problème technique. Il avait l’air surpris de nous voir. Résumé: Rapport qualité/prix nul! L’hôtel est une honte pour la marque Novotel. Le prix affiché à la réception est moins cher que celui sur le site Accor; donc aucun avantage d’être membre Gold. Très déçu.

Les chambres sont correctes. Par contre la brasserie est catastrophique. Le temps d'attente est interminable (45 minutes avant de prendre notre commande), la qualité est déplorable, des pâtes à l'huile : summum de la gastronomie ! Les steak des enfants sont trop cuits et immangeables.

Publicité mensongère. La piscine est en photo sur la fiche de réservation. Elle est vide à l arrivée. Une tromperie pas digne du groupe Accord. A l accueil il est demandé si le ménage doit être fait pendant 4 jours? Ou Sont passés les 4 étoiles ?

Unacceptable! The hotel does not have an elevator, nor staff to help with luggage; the bed is 30 centimeters from the wall, even though the room is large; every evening it was necessary to reactivate the electronic card to access the room; the lamp on the desk has no switch; the shower is in the tub with uncomfortable and slippery access; it is very far from the center and therefore not recommended for tourists. Inacceptable! L'hôtel ne dispose pas d'ascenseur, ni de personnel pour vous aider à porter vos bagages ; le lit est à 30 centimètres du mur, même si la pièce est grande ; chaque soir il fallait réactiver la carte électronique pour accéder à la chambre ; la lampe sur le bureau n'a pas d'interrupteur ; la douche est dans la baignoire avec un accès inconfortable et glissant ; il est très loin du centre et donc déconseillé aux touristes. Inaccettabile! L' albergo non ha l' ascensore, né personale che aiuti con i bagagli; il letto è a 30 centimetri dal muro, nonostante la camera sia ampia; ogni sera è stato necessario riattivare la scheda elettronica per accedere alla camera; la lampada sulla scrivania non ha l'interruttore; la doccia è nella vasca con accesso scomodo e scivoloso; è molto lontano dal centro e quindi sconsigliato ai turisti.

Hôtel à fuir Zone horrible au bord d’une double voie bruyante Le comble c’est qu’ils vous font payer plus cher en vous servant de votre carte accor que sur booking Arrivé sur place accueil déplorable Ne pas y aller si c’est vous qui payer et non votre entreprise

1 an après , nouvelle expérience dans cet hôtel en descendant sur les Alpes Accueil impeccable grand parking , chambre à l’étage ( attention pas d’ascenseur) chambre propre mais manque de rangement avec 2 adultes et 2 enfants Thé à dispo ( pas de café soluble ??) petit déjeuné complet mais nous sentons une certaine désorganisation dans le placement et le réassort au buffet Produit classique ( fruit viennoiserie œuf charcuterie etc…) Le personnel est de bonne volonté mais il manque un chef d’orchestre , difficile de savoir qui est le chef !!! Bien pour une nuit
