This place is not as advertised, poor conditions, no breakfast. When arriving me and my work crew decided to go down the road to days inn because of how bad this place was. I tried for a refund because i wasn’t canceling the trip but rather i got bat and switched so it should be on the motel and ******* but no avail

Last minute cancelation from the Hotel. They left a short "Sorry cant accomidate you, Have a nice day." They wanted more money. Willing to pay a little more but not how much they wanted. Ripoff hotel. Stay at another hotel. Stop early in Nashville, or drive more to St Louis.

Online info a bit misleading. Suggest you check around.
Staff member that checked us in obliged with our request to see a room before committing to stay. Room had a terrible odor from smoking. We found second room we looked at acceptable.
Hotel could use a facelift, a bit outdated.
Breakfast offerings were minimal

It was very run down. Had no cleaning while there for 3 days.

Air conditioning did not work . We had to repack and change rooms. It took about an hour for new room to get down to comfortable temp.
TV did not work properly- it was stuck on wrong HDMI channel. Had to unplug/plug all connections. In morning it worked

Not very clean. Bed covers had cigarette burns. The lady who did check in and out was very nice and made the check in and out process very easy and quick.

We booked our rooms on ********* and when we arrived we were told that they didn't have any rooms. They need to get their communications cleared up.

no bugs, quiet, comfortable bed but everything in the room was very damp to the touch, and same in the morning, also room had unfinished drywall repair on every wall, needed painting, pool was closed for repair, breakfast was bare minimal, only had the coffee which was ok. For one night it was barely acceptable
