I thought it was closer to airport. I took a taxi. Yes possible to work but ... But waling distance to Nec. That yes. It is true. Food was good. I did not expect but really a ok restaurant. Service excellence Room really ok. Next time I probably.could walk from airport now that I know where it is Through a park you can reach nec

Great night's sleep. Good room. Fantastic shower. Had a lovely breakfast. And a brilliant dinner. Our server Paris was great. She went to great effort to make sure our dietary needs were met... Thank you. And very attentive to us and about 4 other tables. Very happy

Great hotel, lovely rooms. Value for money, would stay again. Paris is awesome in the restaurant, service really good. To be honest cant fault any part of the hotel, staff or service. Food was tasty and again value for money. Had the whole menu over our stay for business

We recently stayed for 2 nights The staff were friendly and welcoming. The large bed was comfortable. Downsides.. The room wasn’t clean The room was freezing especially at night, even though we had the heating thing on high. The single beds were not that comfortable.

Was sadly disappointed with my 2 day trip here. Was woken up twice by House keepers at 9.30am. First day I didnt think much about it mistakes happen but for it to happen again on our last day really annoyed me. As a first time mum this was my first night in 2 years that I was having q Child free break more importantly my sister sleeps with no pjs due to certain needs of hers, so having a house keeper walk in without knocking left us very displeased. Also we found the waiting staff at breakfast was very ill mannered, rude and at times looked down on, we witnessed a event that took place at breakfast and raised a complaint regarding this.

Hotel is a perfect location for Resorts World. We used Uber’s the whole time and left our car parked. The car park is safe and secure. The hotel staff are always available and polite. The restaurant attached is also very nice. The staff are lovely and helpful. The menu is not extensive. But there is enough for everyone. It’s fairly priced. The restaurant snd bar and separated, which allows for a quiet dining experience. Our room was lovely and clean. The whole hotel feels and looks clean and comfortable. Great selection of teas and coffees that you can help yourself to at any time. Will stay again if visiting Resorts World or NEC.
